WTH bevordert gezond en veilig werken, het terugdringen van werkstress en ongewenst gedrag in de werksfeer. Hiertoe gaan we een concreet en uitgebreid actieplan opstellen (en implementeren) dat moet dienen als basis voor een organisatie waarin iedereen (van hoog tot laag) betrokken is bij het veilig, gezond en met plezier werken. We streven naar organisatie waarin iedereen doordrongen is van het feit dat veilig, gezond en met plezier werken van groot belang is. Risico's en andere kritische factoren zijn hierbij benoemd, behandeld en geborgd. De structuur is voor iedereen helder. De medewerkers worden betrokken middels het voeren van individuele gesprekken, overleggen met groepen, bezoeken van werklocaties, uitvoeren van enquetes, informeren middels nieuwsbrieven en bij koffie.
