In order to create such a result- and learning-oriented team (culture) a profound transformation is needed. For this purpose, an external consultant who has the experience and knowledge to realise this will be involved. The objective of the project is to: Promoting a learning culture. Promoting a culture in which employees have a high degree of self-reliance and initiative by focusing on joint learning and improvement, come up with solutions in a team context, do not depend on their managers, understand and respond to them, and feel where Jetsign wants to stand in 1 to 5 years. Jetsign is een bedrijf dat in 24 augustus 2012 is opgericht door de heer de heer W.A.C. Corsmit. Jetsign beschikt over een zeer divers en gespecialiseerd machinepark op sign gebied. Jetsign produceert sign voor binnen- of buitentoepassingen Met een team van vakspecialisten, vervaardigt Jetsign alle soorten print- en sign-producties. Op alle denkbare materialen. De ontwikkelingen in die branche gaan zeer snel. De techniek staat niet stil, er komen per dag nieuwe toepassingen bij. De sterke groei en de snelle ontwikkelingen vergen veel van de medewerkers. Recht toe, recht aan point of sale-materiaal verliest terrein ten opzichte van geavanceerdere maatwerk-toepassingen. Het vereist wel dat Jetsign en de medewerkers zich blijven ontwikkelen. Bij Jetsign worden medewerkers geacht in te spelen op de pieken en dalen in het aanbod van opdrachten, op de behoefte van de klant en op nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Opdrachten kennen een zeer korte doorlooptijd; van enkele weken vroeger tot enkele dagen/uren nu. Om de duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers te verhogen en te zorgen dat de medewerkers tot hun pensioen met plezier, gezondheid en veilig kunnen blijven werken, is een cultuur transformatie nodig.
