Koninklijke Peijnenburg BV (hereafter Peijnenburg) carried out a PMO among its employees in 2015. This MIP has highlighted a number of issues that need to be addressed. These are the following themes: — Physical burden for employees in production — Move in relation to work in production and/or shiftwork — Risks of seated work for employees in the office — Smoking In the context of promoting ‘healthy and safe working’, Peijenburg, with the support of a consultant of Bewegen Werkt, wants to work on these four themes. They want to do this through coaching. This coaching will take place in a group and will be developed specifically for Peijenburg employees. In order to give the participants of the workshops easily accessible information about the lifestyle themes Moving, Smoking, Nutrition and Sleep, a ‘Recepts Book for Peijnenburgers’ is being developed. This recipe book is a co-production of Bewegen Werkt and Peijnenburg. The content on lifestyle themes is provided by the consultant of Bewegen Werkt. With this approach Peijnenburg aims to achieve a number of results, including: — Knowledge transfer to employees and the creation of more support for the themes of healthy lifestyle and safe working. — Carry out concrete tailor-made activities leading to healthy and safe working. — With the broad focus on lifestyle, Peijnenburg aims to ensure that absenteeism remains stable or decreases. Koninklijke Peijnenburg BV (hierna Peijnenburg) heeft in 2015 een PMO uitgevoerd onder haar medewerkers. Uit dit PMO zijn verschillende thema’s naar voren gekomen die aandacht behoeven. Dit zijn de volgende thema’s: - Fysieke belasting voor medewerkers in de productie - Bewegen in relatie tot werken in de productie en/of ploegendiensten - Risico’s van zittend werk voor medewerkers op kantoor - Roken In het kader van het bevorderen van ‘gezond en veilig werken’ wil Peijenburg met ondersteuning van een adviseur van Bewegen Werkt aan de slag met deze vier thema’s. Dit willen zij doen door middel van coaching. Deze coaching zal plaatsvinden in groepsverband en wordt specifiek ontwikkeld voor medewerkers van Peijenburg. Om de deelnemers aan de workshops laagdrempelige informatie mee te geven over de leefstijlthema’s Bewegen, Roken, Voeding en Slaap, wordt een ‘Receptenboek voor Peijnenburgers’ ontwikkeld. Dit receptenboek is een coproductie van Bewegen Werkt en Peijnenburg. De inhoud over de leefstijlthema’s wordt aangeleverd door de adviseur van Bewegen Werkt. Met deze aanpak wil Peijnenburg wil een aantal resultaten bereiken, waaronder: - Kennisoverdracht aan medewerkers en het creëren van meer draagvlak voor de thema’s gezonde leefstijl en veilig werken. - Uitvoeren van concrete maatwerk activiteiten die leiden tot gezond en veilig werken. - Met de brede aandacht voor leefstijl wil Peijnenburg ervoor zorgen dat het verzuim stabiel blijft of daalt.
