Primenius
Property / summary

In the project, employees will work independently in practice by means of an advice and implementation plan from the external advisor to improve their own work. By implementing the measures of the external advisor Primenius aims to achieve the following results: • Realise continuous culture of improvement in which employees continue to proactively reflect on opportunities for improvement in their own organisation of work; • A learning culture from which all current, but also new employees can benefit; • Greater involvement of employees by proactively applying their ideas, knowledge and experience to improve the organisation of work; • Promoting competent, motivated and productive working at the service of our customers. At the heart of the measures, which are expressed in a four-phase approach, is to bring together staff so that they engage in dialogue with each other about their work/process and improve them. With the use of the ideas, knowledge and experience of employee groups (improvement teams), Primenius aims to increase employee engagement and keep its employees competent, motivated and productive. This also benefits the organisation’s objectives. The selected pilot projects, which are improved by the employees themselves during the implementation phase under the supervision of the external advisor, form a pilot so that employees themselves continuously improve the organisation of work in a more structural way. After the project, employees will have tools to apply the learned to other parts of their work and the approach and related measures will be further rolled out throughout the organisation. This creates a culture of continuous improvement in which Primenius employees remain sustainable and the continuity of the organisation is ensured. (English)

(Dutch)
