ROBA Laboratorium BV wil zich in Zeeland, Brabant en Limburg blijven doorontwikkelen en positioneren als een betrokken, betrouwbaar, modern en onafhankelijk Laboratorium in het leveren van microbiologische, nematologische en chemische analyses in de onderzoeksgebieden mest, grond, water, levensmiddelen en diervoeders voor bedrijven in de agro-, feed- en foodsector. Het laboratorium is geaccrediteerd conform de internationale norm ISO 17025 en biedt service op het gebied van voedselveiligheidssystemen en mestwetgeving. ROBA Laboratorium BV wil met zijn 34 medewerkers een doorontwikkeling maken mbt de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers. Hiermee doelende op medewerkers die voor nu en in de toekomst gezond, gemotiveerd, competent en productief aan het werk kunnen zijn en blijven. ROBA Laboratorium BV wil zich door HortiCoach laten adviseren mbv een implementatieplan en laten begeleiden om samen met de werknemers in de praktijk de gewenste ontwikkeling door te maken en verder te concretiseren.
