    Vetipak Veghel B.V. levert schaalbare en superieure co-packings diensten voor A-merken private label eigenaren in de FMCG industrie binnen de EMEA regio. Het bedrijf heeft de ambitie om de best mogelijke partner te zijn voor al haar stakeholders. De rol van de medewerkers hierbij is van cruciaal belang. Zij hebben immers het meeste verstand van de dagelijkse gang van zaken en weten het beste hoe het anders/beter kan. Het vermoeden bestaat dat er meer uit de medewerkers zelf te halen valt en dan met name in het verhogen van hun betrokkenheid, kennis en kunde en het veranderen van hun werkmethoden. De medewerkers zullen hier duurzamer inzetbaar door worden, wat weer een positieve uitwerking op de organisatie zelf zal hebben. Momenteel voert advies- en opleidingsbureau You Improve een scan uit die dit allemaal inzichtelijk gaat maken. Er wordt een stappenplan opgesteld waarin de resultaten van de scan verder uitgewerkt worden. Uit de scan blijkt nu al dat er ondersteuning nodig is bij het opstellen van concrete opleidingsplannen om het niveau van de medewerkers te verhogen alsook de taalbarrière te doorbreken. Ook dienen de werknemers geadviseerd te worden in het aanbrengen van verbeteringen in hun werkplekorganisatie. De adviseur van You Improve zal hierbij en bij de gehele implementatie van het advies uit de scan begeleiding bieden.
