As this is a multi-annual programme, the trajectory will be followed up in 2017. In 2017, more people and departments will be involved/developing, focusing on more lines and increasingly applying the learned techniques. The goal of the implementation trajectory is to improve the capabilities and competences of the employees and to become more involved in their work, making them more sustainable both within Vetipak and possibly beyond.     De rol van medewerkers bij Vetipak Veghel BV is van cruciaal belang. Zij hebben het meeste verstand van de dagelijkse gang van zaken en weten het beste hoe het anders/beter kan. Het vermoeden bestaat dat er meer uit de medewerkers zelf te halen valt en dan met name in het verhogen van hun betrokkenheid, kennis en kunde en het veranderen van hun werkmethoden. De medewerkers zullen hier duurzamer inzetbaar door worden. Duidelijk dient te worden op welke wijze men duurzamer inzetbaar kan worden. Hiervoor dient inzichtelijk gemaakt te worden wat de medewerkers nodig hebben om meer betrokken te worden, hun niveau te verhogen en zich meer bewust te worden van hun werkwijzen. Daarnaast welke kennis en kunde ze nodig hebben om zichzelf te kunnen verbeteren en zodoende een meerwaarde voor het bedrijf te zijn. Door adviesbureau You Improve is een scan uitgevoerd die dit allemaal inzichtelijk heeft gemaakt. Er is een stappenplan opgesteld waarin de resultaten van de scan verder uitgewerkt zijn. Uit de scan is gebleken dat er ondersteuning nodig is bij het opstellen van concrete opleidingsplannen om het niveau van de medewerkers te verhogen alsook de taalbarrière te doorbreken. Ook dienen de werknemers geadviseerd te worden in het aanbrengen van verbeteringen in hun werkplekorganisatie. De adviseur van You Improve is in 2016 begonnen met het begeleiden van het implementatietraject. Aangezien het om een meerjarenprogramma gaat zal het traject een vervolg krijgen in 2017. In 2017 zullen meer mensen en afdelingen erbij betrokken worden / zich ontwikkelen, wordt op meer lijnen gefocust en worden de geleerde technieken steeds meer en beter toegepast. Het doel van het implementatietraject is dat de capaciteiten en competenties van de medewerkers verbeteren en dat ze meer betrokken raken bij hun werkzaamheden, waardoor zij zowel binnen Vetipak als eventueel daarbuiten duurzamer inzetbaar worden.
