"Абав" ЕООД е развиваща се и амбициозна компания в сферата на търговия на дребно с чанти. Стартира дейността си през юли 2014 г. Развитието на компанията и увеличеният брой клиенти доведе до иновативната идея за разрастване на компанията в направление - разработка на прототипи на кожени чанти и производство на мострени серии на малки по обем поръчки и необходимост от тясно профилиране на работните процеси, така че да се постигне високо ниво на качество на предоставяните търговски взаимоотношения с клиентите и произведената продукция. Ето защо с настоящото проектно предложение се цели разкриване на нови работни места и професионално интегриране както на младежи до 29 г., на безработни или неактивни лица на възраст между 30 и 53 г., така и на безработни или неактивни лица на възраст над 54 г. Основните дейности и мерки, чрез които ще бъде постигнато това са:- Осигуряване на заетост на безработни и/или неактивни лица за период от 12 месеца - компанията ще наеме 16 лица. Предвижда се 8 лица да бъдат на възраст до 29 години и над 54 г. и 8 лица на възраст от 30 до 53 г.- Закупуване на оборудване за ново разкритите работни места - ще бъде закупено оборудване, което ще се ползват от новоназначените на длъжност Технолог, Шивач, кожа и Производител изделия от кожа за осъществяване на трудовата им дейност на конкретните работни места.- Създаване на 8 устойчиви работни места след края на срока на проектното предложение.Планираните по проекта дейности включват: Наемане на безработни и/или неактивни лица за период до 12 мес.; Закупуване на оборудване, обзавеждане, ДНА и стопански инвентар; Организация и управление и Информиране и публичност.Финансовото състояние на компанията е стабилно. Налице е финансов ресурс, което е предпоставка за успешното изпълнение на предвидените дейности. С реализирането на проекта ще се подобри достъпа до заетост и качество на работните места, като включената целева група ще се интегрира устойчиво на пазара на труда. (Bulgarian)

“Abav” Ltd. is a developing and ambitious company in the field of retail of bags. The development of the company and the increased number of customers led to the innovative idea of growing the company in the direction — development of prototypes of leather bags and production of sample series of small orders and the need for close profiling of the work processes, so as to achieve a high level of quality of the provided commercial relations with customers and produced production. This project proposal therefore aims to create new jobs and professional integration of young people up to 29, unemployed or inactive people between 30 and 53 years of age, and unemployed or inactive people over 54 years of age. The main activities and measures through which this will be achieved are:- Ensure employment of unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of 12 months — the company will hire 16 persons. It is envisaged that 8 persons will be aged up to 29 years and over 54 and 8 persons aged 30 to 53 — Purchase of equipment for newly created jobs — equipment will be purchased, which will benefit from newly recruited Technologist, Shivka, leather and Producer leather products to carry out their work activities at the specific workplaces.- Creating 8 sustainable jobs after the end of the project proposal.The activities planned under the project include: Employment of unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of up to 12 months; Purchase of equipment, furniture, DNA and business inventory; Organisation and management and information and publicity. The financial condition of the company is stable. There is a financial resource, which is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of the envisaged activities. «ABAV» Ltd. est une entreprise en développement et ambitieuse dans le domaine de la vente au détail de sacs. Le développement de l’entreprise et le nombre accru de clients ont conduit à l’idée innovante de croissance de l’entreprise dans la direction — développement de prototypes de sacs en cuir et la production de séries d’échantillons de petites commandes et la nécessité d’un profilage étroit des processus de travail, afin d’atteindre un haut niveau de qualité des relations commerciales fournies avec les clients et la production produite. La présente proposition de projet vise donc à créer de nouveaux emplois et à favoriser l’insertion professionnelle des jeunes jusqu’à 29 ans, des chômeurs ou des inactifs âgés de 30 à 53 ans et des chômeurs ou inactifs de plus de 54 ans, dont les principales activités et mesures seront les suivantes:- Assurer l’emploi des chômeurs et/ou inactifs pendant une période de 12 mois — l’entreprise engagera 16 personnes. Il est prévu que 8 personnes âgées de moins de 29 ans et plus de 54 ans et 8 personnes âgées de 30 à 53 ans — Achat d’équipements pour des emplois nouvellement créés — des équipements seront achetés, qui bénéficieront de technologues nouvellement recrutés, de Shivka, de cuir et de produits du cuir pour mener à bien leurs activités de travail sur les lieux de travail spécifiques.- Création de 8 emplois durables après la fin de la proposition de projet.Les activités prévues dans le cadre du projet comprennent: Emploi de chômeurs et/ou de personnes inactives pendant une période maximale de 12 mois; Achat d’équipement, de mobilier, d’ADN et d’inventaire commercial; Organisation et gestion, information et publicité. La situation financière de l’entreprise est stable. Il existe une ressource financière, qui est une condition préalable au succès de la mise en œuvre des activités envisagées. Die Entwicklung des Unternehmens und die gestiegene Kundenzahl führten zur innovativen Idee, das Unternehmen in die Richtung zu erweitern – Entwicklung von Prototypen von Lederbeuteln und Produktion von Musterserien von Kleinaufträgen und die Notwendigkeit einer engen Profilierung der Arbeitsprozesse, um ein hohes Qualitätsniveau der vermittelten Handelsbeziehungen mit Kunden und Produktion zu erreichen. Der Projektvorschlag zielt daher auf die Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze und beruflicher Integration junger Menschen bis zu 29 Jahren, Arbeitslose oder Nichterwerbstätige im Alter zwischen 30 und 53 Jahren sowie arbeitslose oder nicht erwerbstätige Personen über 54 Jahre ab. Die wichtigsten Aktivitäten und Maßnahmen, mit denen dies erreicht werden soll, sind:- Die Beschäftigung von Arbeitslosen und/oder Nichterwerbstätigen für einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten – das Unternehmen wird 16 Personen einstellen. Es ist vorgesehen, dass 8 Personen im Alter von bis zu 29 Jahren und über 54 und 8 Personen im Alter von 30 bis 53 Jahren – Anschaffung von Ausrüstung für neu geschaffene Arbeitsplätze – Ausrüstung erworben werden, die von neu eingestellten Technologen, Shivka, Leder- und Produzentlederprodukten profitieren wird, um ihre Arbeit an den jeweiligen Arbeitsplätzen durchzuführen.- Schaffung von 8 nachhaltigen Arbeitsplätzen nach Ende des Projektvorschlags.Die im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Maßnahmen umfassen: Beschäftigung von Arbeitslosen und/oder Nichterwerbstätigen für einen Zeitraum von bis zu 12 Monaten; Kauf von Ausrüstung, Mobiliar, DNA und Unternehmensinventar; Organisation und Management sowie Information und Publizität. Die Finanzlage des Unternehmens ist stabil. Es gibt eine finanzielle Ressource, die eine Voraussetzung für die erfolgreiche Durchführung der geplanten Maßnahmen ist. De ontwikkeling van het bedrijf en het toegenomen aantal klanten leidden tot het innovatieve idee om het bedrijf in de richting te laten groeien — ontwikkeling van prototypes van leren tassen en productie van steekproefreeksen van kleine bestellingen en de noodzaak van een nauwe profilering van de werkprocessen, om een hoog niveau van kwaliteit van de geleverde commerciële relaties met klanten en productieproductie te bereiken. Dit projectvoorstel is daarom gericht op het scheppen van nieuwe banen en de professionele integratie van jongeren tot 29 jaar, werklozen of inactieven tussen 30 en 53 jaar en werklozen of inactieven ouder dan 54 jaar. De belangrijkste activiteiten en maatregelen waarmee dit zal worden verwezenlijkt zijn:- Zorg dat werklozen en/of inactieven gedurende een periode van 12 maanden in dienst worden genomen — het bedrijf zal 16 personen in dienst nemen. Het is de bedoeling dat 8 personen tot 29 jaar en ouder zijn dan 54 en 8 personen van 30 tot 53 jaar — Aankoop van apparatuur voor nieuw gecreëerde banen — apparatuur zal worden gekocht, die zal profiteren van nieuw aangeworven Technoloog, Shivka, leder en lederproducten voor de uitvoering van hun werkzaamheden op de specifieke werkplekken.- Het creëren van 8 duurzame banen na het einde van het projectvoorstel.De in het kader van het project geplande activiteiten omvatten: Indienstneming van werklozen en/of inactieven gedurende een periode van ten hoogste twaalf maanden; Aankoop van apparatuur, meubilair, DNA en bedrijfsinventaris; Organisatie en management en informatie en publiciteit. De financiële toestand van het bedrijf is stabiel. Er is financiële middelen beschikbaar, die een voorwaarde zijn voor een succesvolle uitvoering van de beoogde activiteiten. Lo sviluppo dell'azienda e l'aumento del numero di clienti hanno portato all'idea innovativa di crescere l'azienda nella direzione — sviluppo di prototipi di borse in pelle e produzione di serie campione di piccoli ordini e la necessità di una stretta profilazione dei processi di lavoro, in modo da raggiungere un alto livello di qualità dei rapporti commerciali forniti con i clienti e la produzione prodotta. La presente proposta di progetto mira pertanto a creare nuovi posti di lavoro e l'inserimento professionale dei giovani fino a 29 anni, disoccupati o inattivi di età compresa tra i 30 e i 53 anni, e delle persone disoccupate o inattive di età superiore ai 54 anni. Le principali attività e misure attraverso le quali questo obiettivo sarà raggiunto sono:- Assicurare l'occupazione di disoccupati e/o inattivi per un periodo di 12 mesi — l'impresa assumerà 16 persone. Si prevede che 8 persone avranno un'età fino a 29 anni e oltre 54 e 8 persone di età compresa tra 30 e 53 anni — Acquisto di attrezzature per nuovi posti di lavoro — attrezzature che beneficeranno di tecnologo, Shivka, prodotti in pelle e prodotti in pelle di nuova assunzione per svolgere le loro attività lavorative nei luoghi di lavoro specifici.- Creazione di 8 posti di lavoro sostenibili dopo la fine della proposta di progetto. Le attività previste nell'ambito del progetto comprendono: Occupazione di persone disoccupate e/o inattive per un periodo massimo di 12 mesi; Acquisto di attrezzature, mobili, DNA e inventario delle imprese; Organizzazione e gestione e informazione e pubblicità. La condizione finanziaria dell'azienda è stabile. C'è una risorsa finanziaria, che è un prerequisito per il successo dell'attuazione delle attività previste. El desarrollo de la empresa y el aumento del número de clientes llevaron a la idea innovadora de hacer crecer la empresa en la dirección — el desarrollo de prototipos de bolsas de cuero y la producción de series de muestras de pequeños pedidos y la necesidad de perfilado cercano de los procesos de trabajo, con el fin de lograr un alto nivel de calidad de las relaciones comerciales proporcionadas con los clientes y la producción producida. Por lo tanto, esta propuesta de proyecto tiene por objeto crear nuevos puestos de trabajo e integración profesional de jóvenes de hasta 29 años, desempleados o inactivos de entre 30 y 53 años, y personas desempleadas o inactivas mayores de 54 años. Las principales actividades y medidas que se llevarán a cabo son:- Garantizar el empleo de personas desempleadas o inactivas durante un período de 12 meses — la empresa contratará a 16 personas. Se prevé que 8 personas tendrán hasta 29 años y más de 54 y 8 personas de 30 a 53 años — Compra de equipos para trabajos de nueva creación-, que se beneficiarán de los recién contratados tecnólogos, Shivka, cuero y productos de cuero Productor para llevar a cabo sus actividades laborales en los lugares de trabajo específicos.- Creación de 8 puestos de trabajo sostenibles después del final de la propuesta de proyecto. Las actividades previstas en el proyecto incluyen: Empleo de personas desempleadas o inactivas por un período de hasta 12 meses; Compra de equipo, mobiliario, ADN e inventario comercial; Organización y gestión e información y publicidad. La condición financiera de la empresa es estable. Existe un recurso financiero, que es un requisito previo para la ejecución satisfactoria de las actividades previstas.
