Záměrem projektu je zajištění přístupu cílové skupiny k dlouhodobému nájemnímu bydlení. Město Skuteč by rádo pomohlo svým občanům, kteří se v současnosti nacházejí v bytové nouzi, a proto se rozhodlo vytvořit ve starém městském objektu sociální byty, které občanům v bytové nouzi nabídne k dlouhodobému nájemnímu bydlení, aby tak lépe překlenuli nepříznivou sociální situaci. Současně budou cílové skupině poskytnuty služby sociální práce, které přispějí k sociální inkluzi. a. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to ensure the target group’s access to long-term rental housing. The town of Real would like to help its citizens who are currently in need of housing, and therefore decided to create social apartments in the old urban building, which will offer citizens in need for long-term rental housing in order to better bridge the unfavourable social situation. L’objectif du projet est de veiller à ce que le groupe cible ait accès à des logements locatifs à long terme. La ville de Skuteč souhaite aider ses citoyens, qui ont actuellement besoin d’un logement, et a donc décidé de créer des logements sociaux dans un ancien bâtiment urbain qui offre aux citoyens ayant besoin de logements pour un logement locatif à long terme afin de mieux combler la situation sociale défavorable. Ziel des Projekts ist es, sicherzustellen, dass die Zielgruppe Zugang zu langfristigen Mietwohnungen hat. Die Stadt Skuteč möchte ihren Bürgern helfen, die derzeit wohnungsbedürftig sind, und beschloss daher, Sozialwohnungen in einem alten Stadtgebäude zu schaffen, das den Bürgern, die für langfristige Mietwohnungen benötigen, einen Wohnraum bietet, um die ungünstige soziale Situation besser zu überbrücken.
