Vinn’old est un projet visant à améliorer les choix et itinéraires techniques, tant au vignoble qu’au chai, en s’appuyant sur le patrimoine végétal autochtone et le savoir-faire des vignerons de Plaimont. L’étude du matériel végétal viticole oublié doit permettre d’adapter l’encépagement à son environnement tout en poursuivant l’amélioration du vignoble en place et des pratiques œnologiques pour différencier les vins sur le marché mondial et poursuivre le développement économique de Plaimont et de son territoire. Vinn’old is a project aimed at improving the choices and technical itineraries, both at the vineyards and the chai, building on the indigenous plant heritage and the know-how of the winegrowers of Plaimont. The study of the forgotten plant material should make it possible to adapt the encepagement to its environment while continuing to improve the existing vineyards and oenological practices to differentiate wines on the world market and pursue the economic development of Plaimont and its territory. Vinn’old ist ein Projekt zur Verbesserung der Auswahlmöglichkeiten und der technischen Routen, sowohl im Weinberg als auch im Weinkeller, basierend auf dem einheimischen Pflanzenerbe und dem Know-how der Winzer von Plaimont. Die Untersuchung des vergessenen pflanzlichen Weinbaumaterials soll es ermöglichen, die Rebsorte an ihre Umwelt anzupassen und gleichzeitig die vorhandenen Rebflächen und die önologischen Verfahren weiter zu verbessern, um die Weine auf dem Weltmarkt zu differenzieren und die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung von Plaimont und seinem Gebiet fortzusetzen. Vinn’old is een project gericht op het verbeteren van de keuzes en technische routes, zowel in de wijngaarden als in de chai, voortbouwend op het inheemse plantenerfgoed en de knowhow van de wijnbouwers van Plaimont. De studie van het vergeten plantaardig materiaal moet het mogelijk maken het milieu aan te passen en tegelijkertijd de bestaande wijngaarden en oenologische procedés verder te verbeteren om wijnen op de wereldmarkt te onderscheiden en de economische ontwikkeling van Plaimont en zijn grondgebied te bevorderen. Vinn'old è un progetto volto a migliorare le scelte e gli itinerari tecnici, sia nei vigneti che nel chai, sulla base del patrimonio vegetale autoctono e del know-how dei viticoltori di Plaimont. Lo studio del materiale vegetale dimenticato dovrebbe consentire di adattare l'avvicinamento al suo ambiente, continuando nel contempo a migliorare i vigneti esistenti e le pratiche enologiche per differenziare i vini sul mercato mondiale e perseguire lo sviluppo economico di Plaimont e del suo territorio.
