L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di creare un Centro di Ricerca e Sviluppo di WITPOL Sp. z o.o. attraverso un investimento in un edificio (costo dei lavori di costruzione) e in infrastrutture di ricerca (misure permanenti) necessarie per lo svolgimento di ampie attività di ricerca e sviluppo finalizzate allo sviluppo di prodotti e tecnologie innovativi dedicati all'industria alimentare. L'attuazione del progetto contribuirà a: aumentare la competitività dell'impresa (le innovazioni di prodotto derivanti dall'attuazione dell'agenda di ricerca saranno attuate sul mercato permettendoci di adattare la gamma alle aspettative dei clienti), creare nuovi posti e sviluppare la cooperazione con l'unità scientifica. Le attrezzature da acquistare consentiranno di effettuare lavori in due aree di ricerca, ovvero alternative vegetali ai dolci classici e agli yogurt e diversi tipi di prodotti estrusi, tra cui lo sviluppo di formulazioni di prodotto nuove o migliorate e l'ottimizzazione dei metodi di produzione. Celem projektu jest utworzenie Centrum Badawczo Rozwojowego w przedsiębiorstwie WITPOL Sp. z o.o. poprzez inwestycję w budynek (koszty robót budowlanych) oraz w infrastrukturę badawczą (środki trwałe) niezbędną do prowadzenia szeroko zakrojonej działalności badawczo-rozwojowej ukierunkowanej na opracowywanie innowacyjnych produktów i technologii dedykowanych przemysłowi spożywczemu. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do: wzrostu konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa (innowacje produktowe będące efektem realizacji agendy badawczej będą wdrażane na rynek pozwalając nam dostosowywać asortyment do oczekiwań klientów), utworzenia nowych miejsc oraz rozwoju współpracy z jednostką naukową. Przewidziana do zakupu aparatura pozwoli prowadzić prace w dwóch obszarach badawczych tj. dotyczących roślinnych alternatyw dla klasycznych deserów i jogurtów oraz rożnego typu produktów ekstrudowanych), w tym opracowywać receptury nowych lub ulepszonych produktów oraz optymalizować metody produkcji. The aim of the project is to create a Research and Development Centre in WITPOL Sp. z o.o. through an investment in a building (cost of construction works) and in research infrastructure (permanent measures) necessary for carrying out extensive research and development activities aimed at developing innovative products and technologies dedicated to the food industry. The implementation of the project will contribute to: increase the competitiveness of the enterprise (product innovations resulting from the implementation of the research agenda will be implemented on the market allowing us to adjust the range to the expectations of customers), create new places and develop cooperation with the scientific unit. The equipment to be purchased will allow work to be carried out in two research areas, i.e. plant alternatives to classic desserts and yoghurts and different types of extruded products, including the development of new or improved product formulations and the optimisation of production methods. L’objectif du projet est de créer un centre de recherche et de développement à WITPOL Sp. z o.o. à travers un investissement dans un bâtiment (coût des travaux de construction) et dans des infrastructures de recherche (mesures permanentes) nécessaires à la réalisation d’activités de recherche et de développement étendues visant à développer des produits et des technologies innovants dédiés à l’industrie alimentaire. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à: augmenter la compétitivité de l’entreprise (les innovations de produits résultant de la mise en œuvre de l’agenda de recherche seront mises en œuvre sur le marché nous permettant d’adapter la gamme aux attentes des clients), créer de nouveaux lieux et développer la coopération avec l’unité scientifique. L’équipement à acheter permettra d’effectuer des travaux dans deux domaines de recherche, à savoir des alternatives végétales aux desserts classiques et aux yaourts et différents types de produits extrudés, y compris le développement de formulations de produits nouvelles ou améliorées et l’optimisation des méthodes de production. Ziel des Projekts ist die Schaffung eines Forschungs- und Entwicklungszentrums in WITPOL Sp. z o.o. durch Investitionen in ein Gebäude (Baukosten) und in die Forschungsinfrastruktur (Dauermaßnahmen), die für die Durchführung umfangreicher Forschungs- und Entwicklungstätigkeiten zur Entwicklung innovativer Produkte und Technologien für die Lebensmittelindustrie erforderlich sind. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird zu Folgendem beitragen: Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens (Produktinnovationen, die sich aus der Umsetzung der Forschungsagenda ergeben, werden auf dem Markt umgesetzt, so dass wir die Reichweite an die Erwartungen der Kunden anpassen, neue Orte schaffen und die Zusammenarbeit mit der wissenschaftlichen Einheit entwickeln können. Die zu erwerbende Ausrüstung ermöglicht die Durchführung von Arbeiten in zwei Forschungsbereichen, d. h. Pflanzenalternativen zu klassischen Desserts und Joghurts und verschiedenen Arten von extrudierten Produkten, einschließlich der Entwicklung neuer oder verbesserter Produktformulierungen und der Optimierung der Produktionsmethoden. Het doel van het project is de oprichting van een onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingscentrum in WITPOL Sp. z o.o. door middel van een investering in een gebouw (kosten van bouwwerken) en in onderzoeksinfrastructuur (permanente maatregelen) die nodig is voor het uitvoeren van uitgebreide onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten die gericht zijn op de ontwikkeling van innovatieve producten en technologieën voor de voedingsindustrie. De uitvoering van het project zal bijdragen tot: verhoog het concurrentievermogen van de onderneming (productinnovaties die voortvloeien uit de uitvoering van de onderzoeksagenda zullen op de markt worden geïmplementeerd, zodat we het bereik kunnen aanpassen aan de verwachtingen van klanten), nieuwe plaatsen creëren en samenwerking met de wetenschappelijke eenheid ontwikkelen. De aan te kopen apparatuur zal het mogelijk maken werkzaamheden te verrichten op twee onderzoeksgebieden, d.w.z. plantenalternatieven voor klassieke desserts en yoghurt en verschillende soorten geëxtrudeerde producten, waaronder de ontwikkeling van nieuwe of verbeterde productformuleringen en de optimalisering van productiemethoden.
