Il progetto riguarda la fornitura di 2 navi antincendio offshore, che saranno utilizzate per la sicurezza marittima, nonché per la ricerca e il salvataggio in mare. In particolare, tali navi antincendio copriranno i porti di Lavrio e Kavala appartenenti alla rete transeuropea di trasporto TEN-T, al fine di essere utilizzati principalmente nelle operazioni antincendio di piccola, media e alta intensità su navi di ogni tipo, nonché negli incendi in impianti costieri (ad esempio, raffinerie) all'interno dei porti da collocare, ma anche nel più ampio mare geografico; zone costiere e costiere dei porti.Oltre ai compiti principali relativi alla sicurezza antincendio delle navi, navi specifiche possono anche partecipare a operazioni di ricerca e soccorso per i naufragi nelle zone coperte, ma anche nelle zone geografiche, marittime, costiere e costiere dei porti, e possono anche assistere le operazioni al di fuori delle zone coperte, qualora circostanze eccezionali lo richiedano. Το έργο αφορά στην προμήθεια 2 Πυροσβεστικών Πλοίων ανοικτής θαλάσσης, τα οποία θα χρησιμοποιούνται σε δράσεις ασφάλειας της ναυσιπλοΐας, καθώς και έρευνας και διάσωσης στη θάλασσα. Συγκεκριμένα, τα πυροσβεστικά αυτά πλοία θα καλύψουν τους λιμένες Λαυρίου και Καβάλας που ανήκουν στο Αναλυτικό Διευρωπαϊκό Δίκτυο Μεταφορών ΔΕΔ-Μ, προκειμένου να χρησιμοποιούνται κυρίως σε κατασβεστικές επιχειρήσεις πυρκαγιών μικρής, μεσαίας και μεγάλης έντασης σε πλοία παντός τύπου, καθώς και σε πυρκαγιές σε παράκτιες εγκαταστάσεις (π.χ. διυλιστήρια) εντός των λιμένων που θα τοποθετηθούν, αλλά και στις ευρύτερες γεωγραφικά θαλάσσιες, παράκτιες και παράλιες περιοχές των λιμένων.Τα συγκεκριμένα πλοία, πέραν των κυρίων καθηκόντων τους σχετικά με την πυρασφάλεια των πλοίων, δύναται να συμμετέχουν επίσης σε επιχειρήσεις έρευνας και διάσωσης ναυαγών στις περιοχές κάλυψης, αλλά και στις ευρύτερες γεωγραφικά θαλάσσιες, παράκτιες και παράλιες περιοχές των λιμένων, ενώ επίσης δύναται να συνδράμουν και σε επιχειρήσεις εκτός των περιοχών κάλυψης, εφόσον αυτό απαιτείται λόγω έκτακτων συνθηκών. The project concerns the supply of 2 offshore fire brigades, which will be used in maritime safety actions, as well as search and rescue at sea. In particular, these fire-fighting vessels will cover the ports of Lavrio and Kavala belonging to the Trans-European TransEuropean Transport Network TEN-T, in order to be used mainly in small, medium- and high-intensity fires on ships of all types, as well as fires in coastal facilities (e.g. refineries) in the ports, including in the ports to be located, but also in the larger geographical and coastal areas. Le projet concerne la fourniture de 2 navires de lutte contre l’incendie en mer, qui seront utilisés pour la sécurité maritime, ainsi que pour la recherche et le sauvetage en mer. En particulier, ces navires de lutte contre l’incendie couvriront les ports de Lavrio et de Kavala appartenant au réseau transeuropéen de transport analytique RTE-T, afin d’être utilisés principalement dans les opérations de lutte contre les incendies de faible, moyenne et haute intensité sur les navires de tous types, ainsi que dans les incendies dans les installations côtières (par exemple les raffineries) dans les ports à localiser, mais aussi dans la mer géographique plus large; zones côtières et côtières des ports. Das Projekt betrifft die Lieferung von zwei Offshore-Feuerwehrschiffen, die für die Sicherheit im Seeverkehr sowie für die Suche und Rettung auf See genutzt werden. Insbesondere werden diese Brandbekämpfungsschiffe die Häfen von Lavrio und Kavala des transeuropäischen transeuropäischen Verkehrsnetzes TEN-V Analytical umfassen, um hauptsächlich bei Brandbekämpfungsmaßnahmen kleiner, mittlerer und hoher Intensität auf Schiffen aller Art sowie bei Bränden in Küstenanlagen (z. B. Raffinerien) innerhalb der Häfen, aber auch im breiteren geografischen Meer eingesetzt zu werden; Küsten- und Küstengebiete der Häfen.Neben ihren Hauptaufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Brandsicherheit von Schiffen können bestimmte Schiffe auch an Such- und Rettungseinsätzen für Schiffswracks in den abgedeckten Gebieten, aber auch in den weiter gefassten geografischen, maritimen, Küsten- und Küstengebieten der Häfen sowie an Einsätzen außerhalb der abgedeckten Gebiete teilnehmen, sofern außergewöhnliche Umstände dies erfordern. Het project heeft betrekking op de levering van twee offshorebrandbestrijdingsschepen, die zullen worden gebruikt voor maritieme veiligheid, en voor opsporing en redding op zee. Deze brandbestrijdingsschepen zullen met name betrekking hebben op de havens van Lavrio en Kavala die deel uitmaken van het TEN-T-analytisch trans-Europees vervoersnetwerk, om voornamelijk te worden gebruikt voor brandbestrijding van kleine, middelgrote en hoge intensiteit op schepen van alle soorten, alsmede bij branden in kustvoorzieningen (bv. raffinaderijen) binnen de te lozen havens, maar ook in de bredere geografische zee; kust- en kustgebieden van havens. Naast hun voornaamste taken in verband met de brandveiligheid van schepen, kunnen specifieke schepen ook deelnemen aan opsporings- en reddingsoperaties voor scheepswrakken in de bestreken gebieden, maar ook in de ruimere geografische, maritieme, kust- en kustgebieden van de havens, en kunnen zij ook bijstand verlenen aan operaties buiten de bestreken gebieden indien uitzonderlijke omstandigheden dit vereisen.
