L'obiettivo del progetto è la creazione di un Centro Comunitario nel Comune di Nestos, che servirà tutti i residenti del Comune, con priorità ai gruppi vulnerabili e con l'obiettivo di diffondere informazioni sulle prestazioni sociali e sui servizi di inclusione sociale a tutti i cittadini. Il Centro comunitario sarà complementare e non sostituirà né sostituirà i servizi sociali del comune, ma amplierà la gamma di servizi sociali forniti ai cittadini/beneficiari. A tal fine, i beneficiari saranno ricevuti e registrati, con l'obiettivo di diagnosticarne le esigenze e promuoverle in Servizi, Strutture e Programmi che esistono al momento attuale e finalizzati al sostegno sociale per la loro responsabilizzazione e inclusione (OAED, Servizio Sanitario Nazionale — ESY, CCMP, Programma "Aiuto in casa", Centri di Salute Mentale, ecc.). Αντικείμενο του έργου είναι η δημιουργία Κέντρου Κοινότητας στον Δήμο Νέστου, το οποίο θα εξυπηρετεί όλους τους κατοίκους του Δήμου, με προτεραιότητα στις ευπαθείς ομάδες και με στόχο τη διάχυση της πληροφορίας αναφορικά με παροχές κοινωνικού χαρακτήρα και υπηρεσίες κοινωνικής ένταξης προς όλους τους πολίτες. Το Κέντρο Κοινότητας θα λειτουργεί συμπληρωματικά και δεν αντικαθιστά ή υποκαθιστά τις Κοινωνικές Υπηρεσίες του Δήμου, αλλά θα διευρύνει το φάσμα των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών κοινωνικού χαρακτήρα προς τους δημότες-ωφελούμενους. Προς τον σκοπό αυτόν, θα γίνεται υποδοχή και καταγραφή των ωφελουμένων, με στόχο τη διάγνωση των αναγκών τους και την προώθηση τους σε Υπηρεσίες, Δομές και Προγράμματα που υφίστανται την τρέχουσα χρονική στιγμή και έχουν ως αντικείμενο την κοινωνική υποστήριξη ενδυνάμωση και ένταξή τους (Οργανισμός Απασχόλησης Εργατικού Δυναμικού - ΟΑΕΔ, Εθνικό Σύστημα Υγείας - ΕΣΥ, Κέντρα Δημιουργικής Απασχόλησης παιδιών - ΚΔΑΠ, Πρόγραμμα 'Βοήθεια στο Σπίτι', Κέντρα Ψυχικής Υγείας κλπ). Συγχρόνως στο Κέντρο Κοινότητας θα γίνεται υποδοχή των αιτήσεων για το Ταμείο Ευρωπαϊκής Βοήθειας για τους Απόρους (ΤΕΒΑ), το Ελάχιστο Εγγυημένο Εισόδημα (ΕΕΕ), προγράμματα ανθρωπιστικής βοήθειας κλπ. L’objet du projet est la création d’un centre communautaire dans la municipalité de Nestos, qui sera au service de tous les résidents de la municipalité, en priorité pour les groupes vulnérables et dans le but de diffuser des informations sur les prestations sociales et les services d’inclusion sociale à tous les citoyens. Le Centre communautaire sera complémentaire et ne remplacera ni ne remplace les services sociaux de la municipalité, mais élargira la gamme des services sociaux fournis aux citoyens/bénéficiaires. Ziel des Projekts ist die Schaffung eines Gemeinschaftszentrums in der Gemeinde Nestos, das allen Bewohnern der Gemeinde dient und vorrangig schutzbedürftigen Gruppen dient und mit dem Ziel, Informationen über Sozialleistungen und soziale Inklusion an alle Bürger zu verbreiten. Das Gemeinschaftszentrum wird die Sozialdienstleistungen der Gemeinde ergänzen und nicht ersetzen, sondern das Spektrum der sozialen Dienstleistungen für Bürger/Begünstigte erweitern. Zu diesem Zweck werden die Begünstigten aufgenommen und registriert, um ihre Bedürfnisse zu diagnostizieren und sie in Dienstleistungen, Strukturen und Programmen zu fördern, die zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt bestehen und auf soziale Unterstützung für ihre Stärkung und Inklusion abzielen (OAED, National Health Service – ESY, CCMPs, Programm „Help in Home“, Mental Health Centres usw.).
