Předmětem projektu jsou stavební úpravy, současné nevyhovující ubytovny a její přeměna na bytový dům se sociálními byty, objektu s číslem popisným 638 na ulici Opavská v Bílovci, čímž dojde k zajištění dlouhodobého, kvalitního a nesegregovaného bydlení pro osoby v bytové nouzi. Realizací projektu dojde k vybudování 8 bytových jednotek pro sociální bydlení s kapacitou 24 lůžek a pořízení nezbytného základního vybavení. a. (Czech)

Le projet porte sur les modifications de construction, les auberges actuellement non conformes et sa transformation en immeuble d’habitation avec appartements sociaux, le bâtiment numéro 638 sur la rue Opavská à Bílovec, assurant ainsi un logement à long terme, de qualité et non séparé pour les personnes ayant besoin d’un logement. La mise en œuvre du projet se traduira par la construction de 8 logements pour des logements sociaux d’une capacité de 24 lits et l’acquisition du matériel de base nécessaire. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts sind Baumodifikationen, aktuelle, nicht konforme Herbergen und die Umwandlung in ein Wohnhaus mit Sozialwohnungen, das Gebäude mit der Nummer 638 auf der Opavská Straße in Bílovec, wodurch langfristige, qualitativ hochwertige und nicht getrennte Wohnungen für Wohnbedürftige gewährleistet werden. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird zum Bau von 8 Wohneinheiten für Sozialwohnungen mit einer Kapazität von 24 Betten und zum Erwerb der notwendigen Grundausstattung führen. (German)
