Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa WOK oraz budowa miejsc postojowych wraz z drogami dojazd. na terenie przyległym do obiektu. Działania zakładane do realizacji w ramach projektu to m.in.:przebudowa elewacji budynku z rozbiórką wiatrołapów wejściowych, przebudowa odwodnienia dachuprzebudowa elementów ochrony akust. wnętrza sali widow. i studia nagrańprzebudowa instalacji wentylacji mechan. w sali widow.dostosowanie budynku dla osób niepełn.zwiększenie ochrony przeciwpoż. budynku z budową instalacji SAPprzebudowa instalacji c.o. wybranych pomieszczeńwykończenia wnętrz wybranych pomieszczeńbudowę miejsc postojowych wraz z drogami dojazd.utworzenie systemu elektron. rezerwacji biletówwykonanie systemu oznakowania terenuOdbiorcami projektu będą głównie mieszkańcy Wrześni. Gm. Września o pow. 22185 ha zamieszkiwały 45952 os. M. Września zajmuje pow. 1273 ha i mieszkało w nim 29858 os. Z oferty WOK korzystać będą mieszkańcy całego powiatu i regionu. Niektóre wydarzenia mają zasięg międzynarodowy i przyciągają również cudzoziemców.Dzięki realizacji projektu osiągnięte zostaną następujące wartości wskaźników produktu:l. instytucji kultury objętych wsparciem–1 szt.l. obiektów zasobów kultury objętych wsparciem–1 szt.l. obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełn.–1 szt.Inwestycja zapewnia kompleksowość projektu. W ramach przedsięwzięcia realizowane będą typy projektów:Rozbudowa, przebudowa instytucji kultury oraz wyposażenie instytucjiZagospodarowanie otoczenia obiektów o charakterze kulturalnymTworzenie i rozwój systemów oznakowania obszarów i obiektów atrakcyjnych kulturowoDziałania związane z wykorzystaniem i rozwojem aplikacji i usług teleinformatycznych, jak również rozwój kultury i turystyki związanej z treściami cyfrowymi.Działalność WOK wzmocni aktywność kulturalną mieszkańców województwa. Infrastruktura umożliwi organizowanie wydarzeń mających wpływ na rozwój kultury w regionie, przyczyni się do wzmocnienia więzi mieszkańców z regionem i tradycjami. (Polish)
