Elle souhaite, à travers la commande publique, promouvoir le principe d'égalité des chances.Dans le cadre de sa politique de soutien au projet de développement social au profit des quartiers prioritaires, la Région Aquitaine souhaite favoriser l'accès aux jeunes demandeurs d'emploi habitant les quartiers de la politique de la ville ou bien les zones rurales où ils rencontrent des difficultés pour accéder aux offres de formation. It wishes, through public procurement, to promote the principle of equal opportunities. Die Region Aquitanien möchte im gesamten Hoheitsgebiet den Zugang zu den Grundrechten in den Bereichen Beschäftigung, allgemeine und berufliche Bildung unabhängig von der geografischen oder sozialen Herkunft der Zielgruppen gewährleisten. Im Rahmen ihrer Politik zur Unterstützung des Projekts der sozialen Entwicklung zugunsten der prioritären Viertel möchte die Region Aquitanien den Zugang junger Arbeitssuchender in den Stadtvierteln oder ländlichen Gebieten, in denen sie Schwierigkeiten beim Zugang zu Ausbildungsangeboten haben, fördern. De regio Aquitaine wil op het gehele grondgebied de toegang tot de grondrechten op het gebied van werkgelegenheid, onderwijs en opleiding garanderen, ongeacht de geografische of sociale herkomst van de doelgroepen. In het kader van haar beleid ter ondersteuning van het sociale-ontwikkelingsproject ten behoeve van prioritaire wijken wil de regio Aquitaine de toegang tot jonge werkzoekenden in stadswijken of plattelandsgebieden waar zij moeilijk toegang krijgen tot opleidingsmogelijkheden bevorderen.
