Планираните дейности са насочени към още по-фокусирана подкрепа на успешното и добро управление на интервенциите по оперативна програма "Иновации и конкурентоспособност" 2014-2020 за постигане на ефективно, ефикасно и правилно изпълнение на оперативната програма в съответствие с принципа за разумно финансово управление и съгласно разпоредбите на европейското и националното законодателство; ще допринесат за надграждане на капацитета в Управляващия орган. Изпълнението ще е обусловено както от добрата структура и организация на работата на Управляващия орган на ОПИК и неговите регионални звена, високата квалификация, мотивация и ангажираност на служителите, така и от правилното функциониране на Комитета за наблюдение на програмата. The planned activities aim to further support the successful and good management of the interventions under the Operational Programme Innovation and Competitiveness 2014-2020 in order to achieve effective, efficient and correct implementation of the operational programme in accordance with the principle of sound financial management and in accordance with the provisions of European and national legislation; will contribute to building on the capacity in the Managing Authority. The implementation will be conditional on the good structure and organisation of the work of the Managing Authority of OPIC and its regional units, the high qualification, motivation and commitment of the employees, and the proper functioning of the Programme Monitoring Committee. Les activités prévues visent à soutenir davantage la bonne gestion des interventions au titre du programme opérationnel «Innovation et compétitivité» 2014-2020 afin de parvenir à une mise en œuvre efficace, efficiente et correcte du programme opérationnel, conformément au principe de bonne gestion financière et aux dispositions de la législation européenne et nationale; contribuera à renforcer les capacités de l’autorité de gestion. La mise en œuvre dépendra de la bonne structure et de l’organisation des travaux de l’autorité de gestion de l’OPIC et de ses unités régionales, de la haute qualification, de la motivation et de l’engagement des employés, ainsi que du bon fonctionnement du comité de suivi du programme. Die geplanten Tätigkeiten zielen darauf ab, die erfolgreiche und gute Verwaltung der Interventionen im Rahmen des operationellen Programms Innovation und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit 2014-2020 weiter zu unterstützen, um eine wirksame, effiziente und korrekte Durchführung des operationellen Programms im Einklang mit dem Grundsatz der Wirtschaftlichkeit der Haushaltsführung und im Einklang mit den Bestimmungen der europäischen und nationalen Rechtsvorschriften zu erreichen; wird zum Aufbau der Kapazitäten in der Verwaltungsbehörde beitragen. Voraussetzung für die Durchführung ist die gute Struktur und Organisation der Arbeit der Verwaltungsbehörde der OPIC und ihrer regionalen Einheiten, die hohe Qualifikation, Motivation und Engagement der Mitarbeiter sowie das ordnungsgemäße Funktionieren des Programmbegleitausschusses.
