Проектът ще се реализира на обособената територия на „Водоснабдяване и канализация - Сливен”ООД ( ОТ"ВиК–Сливен"),която съвпада с административните граници на област Сливен, и в частност на териториите на следните агломерации и водоснабдителните системи към тях: Агломерация Сливен, включително кв. Речица (BGAG67338_00) и Агломерация Нова Загора (BGAG51809_00).Предвиждат се рехабилитация,ремонт и изграждане на 54,71 км. водопроводна мрежа и на 44,79 км. канализационна мрежа,реконструкция на пречиствателни станции за отпадъчни води (ПСОВ)-Сливен на агломерация Сливен и ПСОВ–Нова Загора на агломерация Нова Загора. - Агломерация Сливен, включително кв. Речица:Водоснабдяване:изграждане на нови довеждащи/хранителни водопроводи; реконструкция на довеждащи водопроводи; основен ремонт на съществуващи помпени станции и други съоръжения;подмяна на помпите и включването им към СКАДА; основен ремонт на водопроводна мрежа.Канализация:изграждане на главни колектори и второстепенна мрежа,канализационна помпена станция (КПС) и тласкател в кв.Речица; доизграждане и реконструкция на канализационна мрежа с висока инфилтрация в гр.Сливен.Пречистване:Реконструкция на ПСОВ–Сливен.- Агломерация Нова Загора:Водоснабдяване:Основен ремонт на градската водопроводна мрежа;реконструкция на помпените станции;ремонт на сухите камери на напорния водоем(НВ).Канализация: доизграждане и реконструкция на канализационна мрежа на територията на гр.Нова Загора.Пречистване:пълна реновация на ПСОВ-Нова Загора.За ОТ „Водоснабдяване и канализация – Сливен“ООД и нейните две агломерации обект на инвестиция, в настоящото инвестиционно предложение, е предвидено разширение / доизграждане на съществуващата СКАДА система, ведно с Мерки за ефективност за мониторинг, събиране и обработка на данни в реално време, както и запис на събития под формата на логове, и изграждане и внедряване на Географска информационна система („ГИС“). The project will be implemented on the separate territory of “Water Supply and Sewerage — Sliven” OOD (Water Supply and Sewerage Department — Sliven), which coincides with the administrative boundaries of the district of Sliven, in particular in the territories of the following agglomerations and their water supply systems: Agglomeration of Sliven, including Rechitsa (BGAG67338_00) and Nova Zagora agglomeration (BGAG51809_00). Rehabilitation, repair and construction of 54.71 km of water supply network and 44.79 km sewerage network, reconstruction of waste water treatment plants (WWTP)-Sliven agglomeration of Sliven and WWTP-Nova Zagora of the agglomeration of Nova Zagora are planned. — Agglomeration of Sliven, including Supply: construction of new water supply/food pipelines; reconstruction of water supply lines; overhaul of existing pumping stations and other facilities; replacement of the pumps and their incorporation to SKADA; main repair of water supply network.Canalysis: construction of main manifolds and secondary network, canalisation pump station (CPS) and pusher in Rechitsa district; completion and reconstruction of sewerage network with high infiltration in the town of Sliven.Purification: Reconstruction of WWTP-Sliven.- Nova Zagora agglomeration: Water supply: Main repair of the urban water supply network; reconstruction of pumping stations; repair of dry chambers of the pressure water tank (NV).Canalysis: completion and reconstruction of sewerage network on the territory of the town of Nova Zagora.Purification: complete renovation of WWTP-Nova Zagora.OOD “Water Supply and Sewerage — Sliven” OOD and its two agglomerations subject to investment, in this investment proposal, provides for extension/construction of the existing SCADA system, together with Performance Measures for monitoring, collection and processing of data in real time, as well as recording of events in the form of logs, and construction and implementation of a Geographic Information System (“GIS”). Réhabilitation, réparation et construction de 54,71 km de réseau d’approvisionnement en eau et 44,79 km de réseau d’assainissement, reconstruction des stations d’épuration des eaux usées (WWTP)-agglomération de Sliven et WWTP-Nova Zagora de l’agglomération de Nova Zagora. — Agglomération de Sliven, y compris Approvisionnement: construction de nouveaux pipelines d’approvisionnement en eau et de denrées alimentaires; reconstruction des conduites d’approvisionnement en eau; la révision des stations de pompage existantes et d’autres installations; le remplacement des pompes et leur incorporation à SKADA; réparation principale du réseau d’approvisionnement en eau.Analyse: construction de collecteurs principaux et réseau secondaire, station de pompage de canalisation (CPS) et poussoir dans le district de Rechitsa; achèvement et reconstruction du réseau d’assainissement avec une forte infiltration dans la ville de Sliven.Purification: Reconstruction de la station d’épuration-Sliven.- agglomération de Nova Zagora: Approvisionnement en eau: Réparation principale du réseau d’alimentation en eau urbaine; reconstruction des stations de pompage; réparation des chambres sèches du réservoir d’eau sous pression (NV).Canalyse: achèvement et reconstruction du réseau d’assainissement sur le territoire de la ville de Nova Zagora.Purification: rénovation complète de WWTP-Nova Zagora.OOD «Approvisionnement en eau et assainissement — Sliven» OOD et ses deux agglomérations faisant l’objet d’investissements, dans cette proposition d’investissement, prévoit l’extension/la construction du système SCADA existant, ainsi que les mesures de performance pour le suivi, la collecte et le traitement des données en temps réel, ainsi que l’enregistrement des événements sous forme de grumes, ainsi que la construction et la mise en œuvre d’un système d’information géographique («SIG»).
