Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie, do 30.09.2021, kwalifikacji językowych lub komputerowych 360 osób z subregionów poznańskiego i konińskiego, w tym przede wszystkim osób z miast średnich, w szczególności z tych tracących funkcję społeczno-gospodarczą. Preferowane będą grupy osób:- w wieku 50+,- w wieku powyżej 24 lat (25+),- o niskich kwalifikacjach (max ISCED 3).W przypadku osób bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo nie starsze niż 74 lata. Zgodnie z regulaminem konkursu i w oparciu o aktualne dane statystyczne Bazy Danych Lokalnych GUS przyjęto, że osoby:- o niskich kwalifikacjach będą stanowić co najmniej 36% uczestników projektu (162 osoby)- 50+ - 29% (131 osób)- 25+ - 73% (329 osób)- z miast średnich – 65% (293 osoby)Projekt oferuje wsparcie w ramach dwóch obszarów tematycznych - TIK i języków obcych (j. angielski). Wsparciem objęte będzie 450 osób dorosłych, w tym 243 kobiety (54% wg statystyk BDL) w wieku aktywności zawodowej, o niskich kompetencjach TIK lub językowych, zgłaszające z własnej inicjatywy potrzebę ich podniesienia. Osoby te uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują na obszarze subregionów: poznańskiego i konińskiego. Założono, że 80% z tych osób podniesie swoje kwalifikacje w obszarze TIK lub języka angielskiego. The main objective of the project is to raise, by 30.09.2021, 360 people from Poznań and Konin sub-regions, especially people from medium-sized cities, especially those losing their socio-economic function. According to the rules of the competition and based on the current statistics of the Local Databases of the Central Statistical Office, it has been assumed that:- low-qualified persons will represent at least 36 % of project participants (162 people)- 50± 29 % (131 persons)- 25± 73 % (329 people)- 65 % (293 persons) – 65 % (293 persons) The project offers support in two thematic areas – ICT and foreign languages (English). 450 adults will be supported, including 243 women (54 % according to BDL statistics) at working age, with low ICT or language skills, reporting on their own initiative the need to improve them.
