Cel projektu:podniesienie aktywności społeczno-zawodowej 92 osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym,w tym 22 osób niepełnosprawnych,60 kobiet i 32 mężczyzn.Zostaną utworzone 2 grupy:1.grupa–46 osób w r.2018,2.–46 osób w r.2019 (rozmowy rekrutacyjne prowadzone 2-krotnie.Zad.1.wieloprofilowa diagnoza zasobów i deficytów uczestników prowadzona przez zespół specjalistów (psych,doradca zaw,trener pracy,specjal.ds.aktyw.społ-zawod,prac.socjal CIS,lekarz)-kwalifikacja uczestników do projektu(l.os.zagroż.ubóstwem/wykl.społ-92,w tym 22 niepełn.). Zad.2.Aktywizacja społ-zawod.-wsparcie grupowe i indywidualne dla uczestników prowadz.przez psychologa,doradcę zawod,trenera pracy-5 dni/tydzień x 6 godz/dzień,kursy/szkolenia zawodowe,praktyki zawodowe u pracodawców/w pracowniach (l.os,które podniosły swoje kwalifik. zawod.:80%,wzrost poz.motywacji,umiejętności poruszania się po rynku pracy- 80%;pracujących po opuszczeniu programu 25%,); ścieżka zindywidualizowanego wsparcia (dla 92os.)zad.3.Pracownie CIS zostaną utworzone pracownie zawodowe:1. Pracownia biurowa 2. Pracownia tapicersko – krawiecka 3. Objectif: activité socioprofessionnelle: 92 personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale, dont 22 personnes handicapées, 60 femmes et 32 hommes.Ils seront établis 2 grupy:1.grupa–46 personnes en 2018,2.-46 personnes en 2019 (entretiens de recrutement 2 fois.Dual.1.Multiprofile diagnostic des ressources et des déficits des participants menés par une équipe de spécialistes (chiens,y compris conseiller,formation professionnelle, spécialités.activités professionnelles, travail.social CIS,doctor)-qualification des participants pour le projet(l.person.risk.poverty/column-92, dont 22 sont incomplets). Zad.2.Soutien individuel et groupe d’activation professionnelle pour les participants dirigés par un psychologue, conseiller en carrière, formateur d’emploi — 5 jours/semaine x 6 h/jour, cours/formation professionnelle, stages dans des employeurs/ateliers (personnes ayant élevé leurs qualifications: 80 %, augmentation de la motivation, compétences en mobilité sur le marché du travail — 80 %; travail après avoir quitté le programme 25 %,); le chemin de l’accompagnement individualisé (pour 92 personnes)3.Le SIC sera mis en place:1. Atelier de bureau 2.
