Celem głównym projektu jest podniesiona aktywność społ.-zawodowa oraz zdolność do zatrudnienia u 60 osób spełniających kryt.gr.docelowej.Cel zrealizowany zostanie w terminie 07.2018-03.2019r. Gr.docelową w proj.stanowi 60 osób (36 kobiet),zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społ.,w wieku 18-64 lat,zamieszkujący w rozumieniu KC na ter.woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego (z wyłączeniem MOF Olsztyna),w jednym z powiatów,w których % os.korzystających z pomocy społ.jest wyższy niż średni % na ter.woj.: 1.bartoszycki (z wyłączeniem gm.miejskiej Bartoszyce); 2.kętrzyński (z wyłączeniem gm.miejskiej Kętrzyn); 3.lidzbarski (z wyłączeniem m.Lidzbark Warmiński) 4.mrągowski (z wyłączeniem m.Mrągowo) 100% gr.docelowej to mieszkańcy gmin,w których % os.korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społ.jest wyższy,niż śr.% os.korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społ.na ter.woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego. W tym: –min.30% (18 os.) to os.długotrwale bezrobotne,które zg.z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy znajdują się w trzeciej gr.osób (tzw.oddalonych od rynku pracy) –maks.70% (42 osoby) to os.bierne zawodowo –min.8% (5 os.) to osoby z niepełnosprawnościami,np.o znacznym/umiarkowanym st,niepełnospr.;z niepełnospr.sprzężoną;z zaburzeniami psych.,w tym z niepełnospr.intelektualną i z całościowymi zaburzeniami rozwojowymi –min.20% (12 os.) to os.zagrożone ubóstwem/wykluczeniem społ.doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia społ.,rozumianego jako wykluczenie z powodu więcej niż 1 z przesłanek. The main objective of the project is the increased social-professional activity and employability of 60 people fulfilling the target criteria.The objective will be realised from 07.2018-03.2019r. The target of the project is 60 people (36 women), at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, aged 18-64, living within the meaning of the KC in the Warmia-Mazury Voivodship (excluding the Olsztyn MOF), in one of the powiats where the percentage of people benefiting from the social assistance is higher than the average per area: 1.bartoszycki (excluding urban Bartoszyce); 2.Kętrzyn (excluding urban Ketrzyn); 3.Lidzbarski (except Lidzbark Warmiński) 4.mrągowski (excluding Mrągowo) 100 % of the target area is residents of communes in which % of people benefiting from the social assistance benefits are higher than wed % of those benefiting from social assistance in the Warmia-Mazury region. Of which: —min.30 % (18 persons) are long-term unemployed, which in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions are located in the third gr. of persons (so-called “detached” from the labour market) – max. 70 % (42 persons) is a person who is employed as a whole-min 8 % (5 persons) are persons with disabilities, e.g. of severe/moderate, non-consensual deprivation. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’activité socioprofessionnelle et l’employabilité de 60 personnes répondant à la zone cible. L’objectif sera atteint entre le 07.2018-03.2019. Le groupe cible est de 60 personnes (36 femmes), exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, âgées de 18 à 64 ans, résidant au sens du KC de voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie (à l’exclusion du MOF Olsztyn), dans l’un des comtés où le pourcentage des bénéficiaires de l’aide sociale est supérieur au pourcentage moyen pour la province tertiaire: 1.bartoszyce (à l’exclusion de la municipalité de Bartoszyce); 2.Kętrzyn (à l’exclusion de la municipalité de Kętrzyn); 3.Lidzbarski (à l’exclusion de Lidzbark Warmiński) 4.mrągowski (à l’exclusion de M.M.Mrągowo) 100 % du groupe cible sont des résidents des municipalités dans lesquelles le pourcentage des bénéficiaires de l’aide sociale est supérieur au pourcentage de ceux qui bénéficient de l’aide sociale dans la province de Warmińsko-Mazurskie. Dont: — un minimum de 30 % (18 personnes) sont des chômeurs de longue durée, ce qui, selon la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et les institutions du marché du travail, figure parmi les troisièmes (appelés «déviés du marché du travail») — jusqu’à 70 % (42 personnes) sont économiquement élues — un minimum de 8 % (5 personnes) sont des personnes handicapées, par exemple avec un degré significatif/modéré, incomplet; partiellement conjugué;avec des troubles mentaux, y compris des troubles intellectuels partiels et des troubles du développement total — 20 % (12 pers.) sont exposés au risque de pauvreté/exclusion faisant l’objet d’une exclusion sociale multiple, comprise comme une exclusion due à plus d’un des motifs.
