Projekt „Aktywność podstawą zatrudnienia!-aktywizacja zawodowa osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia po 29 roku życia z Elbląga i powiatu elbląskiego” realizowany jest przez Fundację Elbląg i wspiera swoimi działaniami w indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zaw.-edukacyjnej 60 niepełnosprawnych osób w wieku po 29 r.ż. pozostających bez zatrudnienia (bezrobotni-20%,bierni zawodowo-80%) z terenu subregionu elbląskiego (Elbląg i pow. elbl.).Gł. celem jest: zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia wśród 60 osobowej (33K,27M) grupy niepełnosprawnych bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy i nieaktywnych zawodowo osób po 29 r.ż.(tj. od dnia 30 ur.) Elbląga i pow. elbląskigo w okresie 1.06.2016-31.12.2017. Osiągnięcie celów będzie możliwe dzięki przeprowadzeniu 2 edycji wsparcia (I edycja: 06.2016-02.2017 i II edycja: 03.-12.2017; w każdej edycji wsparciem objętych zostanie po 30 uczestników) zapewniającego uczestnikom projektu kompleksowe pomoc z uwzględ. indywidualnych potrzeb tj:pogłębiona diagnoza, warsztaty aktywizujące,indywidualne wsparcie psychologa i doradcy zawodowego,szkolenia zawodowe,staż zawodowy i wsparcie trenera pracy-life i job coaching (w tym pośrednictwo pracy) i pomoc w zatrudnieniu/monitoring pracy. 60 osób zostanie objętych min.3 formami wsparcia,33% zostanie trwale zatrudnionych,12 osób odbędzie 3-m-czne staże zawodowe (po 6 osób w edycji),36 osób (po 18 w edycji) zostanie objętych szkoleniami zawod. The project “Activity Based on Employment!-Activisation of persons without employment after 29 years of age from Elbląg and Elbląg” is implemented by the Elbląg Foundation and supports its activities in the individual and comprehensive activation of 60 disabled people after the age of 29 who are unemployed (unemployed-20 %, employees-80 %) from the area of Elblą and Gblą. increase employment opportunities among 60 people (33K,27M) of disabled unemployed, job-seekers and inactive persons after 29 (i.e. from 30 born) Elbląg and elbląski area in the period 1.06.2016-31.12.2017. It will be possible to achieve the objectives through 2 editions of support (I edition: 06.2016-02.2017 and II edition: 03.-12.2017; each edition will be supported by 30 participants) providing comprehensive assistance to project participants with regard to individual needs, i.e. deep diagnosis, activation workshops, individual support of psychologist and professional adviser, vocational training, professional training and support of a work trainer-life and job coaching (including job mediation) and employment assistance/work monitoring. 60 people will be covered by at least 3 forms of support,33 % will be permanently employed,12 people will take 3 placement placements (with 6 people in the edition),36 people (after 18 in the edition) will be included in vocational training. Le projet «Base active de l’emploi!-activation professionnelle des chômeurs âgés de 29 ans et plus d’Elbląg et du district d’Elbląg» est mis en œuvre par la Fondation Elbląg et soutient par ses activités l’activation individuelle et complète de l’éducation de 60 personnes handicapées âgées de 29 ans et plus qui sont sans emploi (chômeurs — 20 %, professionnellement-80 %) de la région d’Elbląg (Elbląg et la région d’Elbląg).L’objectif principal est: accroître les possibilités d’emploi parmi les 60 personnes (33K,27 millions) de chômeurs handicapés, de demandeurs d’emploi et de personnes économiquement inactives après 29 ans (soit à partir de 30 ans) de la région d’Elbląg et d’Elbląski au cours de la période allant du 1er juin 2016 au 31 décembre 2017. Il sera possible d’atteindre les objectifs en réalisant 2 éditions de soutien (première édition: 06.2016-02.2017 et 2ème édition: 03-12.2017; dans chaque édition, 30 participants seront soutenus) fournissant aux participants du projet une assistance complète tenant compte des besoins individuels: diagnostic, ateliers d’activation, soutien individuel du psychologue et du conseiller de carrière, formation professionnelle, stage professionnel et coaching professionnel et accompagnement professionnel (y compris le placement) et assistance en matière d’emploi/de suivi. 60 personnes seront couvertes par un minimum de 3 formes de soutien, 33 % seront en emploi permanent, 12 personnes auront des stages de 3 mois (pour 6 personnes dans l’édition), 36 personnes (après 18 dans l’édition) seront formées à la profession.
