Przedmiotem projektu będzie realizacja kompleksowego wsparcia dla Uczestników Projektu (72 os.(44K i 28M)), powyżej 29rż(tj.osoby,które w dniu rozpoczęcia udziału w projekcie mają ukończony 30rż), pozostające bez pracy (bezrobotne [osoby zakwalifikowane zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia do I i II profilu pomocy], poszukujące pracy oraz nieaktywne zawodowo), w tym zwłaszcza osoby znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy z woj.opolskiego(szerszy opis w pkt 3.5)). W ramach proj.zost.zrealizowane zadania:IPD,poradnictwo zawodowe,szkolenie zawod., staż zawod., pośrednictwo pracy. Zostaną osiągnięte wskaźniki efektywności zatrudnieniowej, min.70%UP uzyska kwalifikacje, a min.53% będzie pracowało po opuszczeniu programu. CELEM GŁÓWNYM PROJ.jest większa aktywność zawodowa u min. 90% z 72 osób(44K i 28M)(zgodnie z definicją grupy docelowej w pkt.3.5) od 01.06.2017 do 31.03.2018 r. PROBLEM NA KTÓRY ODPOWIEDŹ STANOWI CEL PROJEKTU: NISKA AKTYWNOŚĆ GRUPY DOCELOWEJ PROJEKTU, spowodowana problemami: brak określonej ścieżki zawodowej, trudności w odnalezieniu się na rynku pracy, niskie/brak kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz niskie/brak doświadczenia zawodowego zgodnych z regionalnym rynkiem pracy, a także nieumiejętność nawiązywania kontaktów z pracodawcą, trudności w poszukiwaniu pracy, problemy z przygotowaniem dokumentów aplikacyjnych i przygotowaniem się do rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej. Powyższe problemy, oraz charakter grupy docelowej (opis w pkt 3.5) stanowi uzasadnienie potrzeby realizacji projektu. UP są to bowiem osoby, które nie posiadają wielu umiejętności takich jak kwalifikacje czy doświadczenie (dane w pkt 3.5), przez co charakteryzują się niską aktywnością zawodową pogłębiającą stan bezrobocia i stan bierności zawodowej, a tym samym trudności w możliwości uzyskania zatrudnienia. The subject of the project will be the implementation of comprehensive support for the Participants of the Project (72 persons (44K and 28M) above 29 (i.e. persons who on the date of commencement of participation in the project have completed 30K), who remain unemployed (unemployed [persons qualified in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment to Points I and II of the Aid Profile], looking for a job and inactive, especially those who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market. As part of the project.zost. fulfilled tasks:IPD, vocational advice, vocational training, professional internship, employment intermediation. Employment efficiency indicators will be achieved, at least 70 % of the PUP will be qualified, and at least 53 % will work after leaving the programme. The main objective of the project is to increase professional activity in at least 90 % of the 72 persons(44K and 28M)(as defined in the target group in point.3.5) from 01.06.2017 to 31.03.2018. Low DIRECTIVE OF THE PROJECT GROUP due to problems: there is no specific job pathway, difficulties in finding out on the labour market, low/lack professional qualifications and low/no professional experience compatible with the regional labour market, as well as the inability to establish contacts with the employer, difficulties in finding a job, problems with preparing application documents and preparing for an interview. The above problems and the nature of the target group (description in point 3.5) justify the need for the project. Up are people who do not have many skills, such as qualifications or experience (data in point 3.5), and are characterised by low professional activity which increases unemployment and inactivity and thus difficulties in obtaining employment. Le projet aura pour objet la mise en œuvre d’un soutien global aux participants au projet (72 personnes (44 000 et 28 millions d’euros)), de plus de 29 ans (c’est-à-dire les personnes qui, à la date du début de la participation au projet, sont terminées 30 ans), qui sont sans emploi (chômeurs [personnes qualifiées conformément à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi pour les profils d’aide de premier et deuxième ans], demandeurs d’emploi et personnes inactives), y compris en particulier ceux qui se trouvent dans une situation particulièrement vulnérable sur le marché du travail depuis la voïvodie (voir section 3.5). Dans le cadre du projet réalisé: formation professionnelle, formation professionnelle, stage, placement professionnel. Les indicateurs de performance en matière d’emploi seront atteints, 70 % au moins de l’OLP seront qualifiés et 53 % au moins travailleront après avoir quitté le programme. L’objectif principal du PROJ. est d’accroître l’activité professionnelle d’au moins 90 % des 72 personnes (44K et 28M) (tels que définis par le groupe cible au point 3.5) du 1er juin 2017 au 31 mars 2018. Faible ACTIVITÉ du groupe cible du projet, causée par des problèmes: absence de parcours professionnel spécifique, difficultés à trouver le marché du travail, faible/manque de qualifications professionnelles et faible/manque d’expérience professionnelle compatible avec le marché du travail régional, ainsi qu’incapacité d’établir des contacts avec l’employeur, difficultés à trouver un emploi, difficultés à préparer les documents de candidature et à préparer un entretien. Les problèmes susmentionnés et la nature du groupe cible (description au point 3.5) justifient la nécessité du projet. Les UPS sont celles qui n’ont pas beaucoup de compétences, telles que les qualifications ou l’expérience (comme indiqué au point 3.5), et se caractérisent donc par une faible activité, exacerbant le chômage et l’inactivité, et donc par des difficultés d’employabilité.
