Projekt jest zgodny z SZOOP RPO Lubuskie 2020 w zakresie poprawy zdolności do samozatrudnienia 25 osób pozostających bez pracy poprzez podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej, rozwój przedsiębiorczości i przeciwdziałanie bezrobociu. Projekt obejmie wsparciem 30 os. dorosłych, bezrobotne i bierne zawodowo, znajdujące się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. 100% osoby powyżej 50 roku życia w tym 80% Kobiety, z woj. lubuskiego zgodnie z KC – 100% obszar wiejski. Projekt zapewnia kompleksowe wsparcie poprzez zastosowanie wszystkich typów przedsięwzięć: -bezzwrotne dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej (DG) do wysokości 6-krotności wysokości przeciętnego wynagrodzenia za pracę, o którym mowa w art. 2 ust. 1 pkt 28 ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy obowiązującego w dniu przyznania wsparcia na osobę; -usługi szkoleniowe na etapie przed udzieleniem dotacji przygotowujące do rozpoczęcia DG; -wsparcie pomostowe. The project is compatible with SZOOP RPO Lubuskie 2020 in the field of improving the ability to self-employe 25 people who are unemployed by raising the level of professional activity, developing entrepreneurship and counteracting unemployment. The project will support 30 adults, unemployed and inactive, in difficulty on the labour market, i.e. 100 % of those aged 50 or over, including 80 % Women, from Lubuskie Voivodeship according to the KC – 100 % rural area. The project provides comprehensive support through the application of all types of projects: —non-refundable start-up grants (DG) up to 6 times the average salary for work referred to in Article 2. 1 point 28 of the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions in force at the date of granting support per person; —pre-grant training services preparing for the launch of the DG; —bridge support. Le projet est conforme au programme SZOOP ROP Lubuskie 2020 en ce qui concerne l’amélioration de la capacité d’emploi indépendant de 25 chômeurs en augmentant la participation au marché du travail, en développant l’esprit d’entreprise et en luttant contre le chômage. Le projet soutiendra 30 adultes, chômeurs et inactifs, vulnérables sur le marché du travail, i.e. 100 % des personnes de plus de 50 ans, y compris 80 % des femmes, de la voïvodie de Lubuskie selon le KC — 100 % zone rurale. Le projet fournit un soutien complet grâce à l’utilisation de tous les types de projets: — subventions de démarrage non remboursables (DG) jusqu’à six fois le salaire moyen visé à l’article 2, point a) 1 point 28 de la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail en vigueur à la date d’octroi de l’aide par personne; —les services de formation au cours de la phase préalable à l’octroi de l’aide préparant le démarrage de la DG; soutien de transition.
