EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014).The main objective of the project is to develop and verify the modular packaging system for packaging products in multipacked cardboard packaging, which will improve the quality, efficiency and efficiency of the product — the existing packaging system — including improving its cost-effectiveness up to the level of the Applicant’s competitive advantage. The research and cognitive objective of the project is to determine the impact of the application of modularity of components of the packaging system for packaging products in cardboard packaging through studies on modular integration of sequences on improving the quality, efficiency and efficiency of the product, including its cost-effectiveness. The complementary objective is to universalise the acquired knowledge in an appropriately selected space of limitations, to apply the developed reference technology model to packaging systems in other technologies — according to the applicability. The development goal of the project is to create a demo version of the modular packaging system for packaging products in cardboard packaging based on the proprietary Modular Sequence Integration technology and its experimental implementation in PROTiM Sp. z o.o. Development work will lead to the creation of a new type of packaging system in multipacked cardboard packaging, which will allow to maintain the undegraded quality of precision and efficiency with increased functionality of the machine (it will be possible, among other things, to change the packaging format immediately and at the same time the process of multi-asortment packaging on one device — any change of the assortment at the same time). UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).Głównym celem projektu jest wytworzenie i praktyczna weryfikacja modułowego systemu pakowania produktów w zbiorcze opakowania tekturowe, który umożliwi poprawę jakości, sprawności i efektywności produktu - dotychczasowego systemu pakowania - w tym poprawę jego efektywności kosztowej do poziomu osiągnięcia przewagi konkurencyjnej Wnioskodawcy. Celem badawczym i poznawczym projektu jest określenie wpływu zastosowania modułowości elementów składowych systemu pakowania produktów w zbiorcze opakowania tekturowe poprzez badania nad modułową integracją sekwencji na poprawę jakości, sprawności i efektywności produktu, w tym poprawę jego efektywności kosztowej. Celem komplementarnym jest uniwersalizacja zdobytej wiedzy w adekwatnie dobranej przestrzeni ograniczeń, do zastosowania wypracowanego modelu referencyjnego technologii do systemów pakujących w innych technologiach – według możliwości zastosowania. Celem rozwojowym projektu jest wytworzenie wersji demonstracyjnej modułowego systemu pakowania produktów w zbiorcze opakowania tekturowe opartego na autorskiej technologii Modular Sequence Integration oraz jego eksperymentalna implementacja w przedsiębiorstwie PROTiM Sp. z o.o. Prace rozwojowe doprowadzą do powstania nowego rodzaju systemu pakowania produktów w zbiorcze opakowania tekturowe, który umożliwi utrzymanie niepogorszonej jakości precyzji i sprawności przy zwiększonej funkcjonalności maszyny (możliwa będzie m.in. natychmiastowa zmiana formatu opakowania przy jednoczesnym procesie pakowania wieloasortymentowego na jednym urządzeniu - dowolna zmiana asortymentu przy jednoczesnej dowolnej zmianie opakowania w jednym momencie).
