Reference_Aid_programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose_public_aid: Article: 25 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty Urz. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The objective of the R & D Project (hereinafter referred to as the Project) implemented by Zakłady Mięsne Skiba S. A. (hereinafter referred to as: The Company, the Applicant, ZM Skiba) is a process innovation in the form of moulding and distribution technologies for cardboard packaging (clap and box) used for transporting the finished products of the Company in the form of chilled and frozen pork meat. These products account for approximately 48 % of the Company’s volume sales. ZM Skiba is one of the most important pork processors in Poland, as well as an active player in international markets. The effect of the project will respond to the immediate needs of the Company resulting from the external conditions of conducting business activity in the meat industry, i.e.: —reducing the material-, time- and labor-consuming process of carton forming, — ensuring the strength of cardboard packaging, -increases productivity and flexibility of production in the face of growing packaging demand. The intermediate customer is the recipients of the Company’s products, i.e. retail chains, wholesalers and processing plants thanks to the possibility of receiving products in durable glued cardboard packaging, which is in line with market trends and allows to standardise the types of cartons used in warehouses. The implementation of the project will enable a highly competitive process that constitutes an innovation on a national scale (from the scope of KIS No. 12) characterised by a high level of automation and increased flexibility. The above will be achieved thanks to the planned R & D works including development work based on human and technical resources and research and production know-how of the Company. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem Projektu B+R(dalej Projekt) realizowanego przez Zakłady Mięsne Skiba S. A. (dalej: Spółka, Wnioskodawca, ZM Skiba) jest opracowanie innowacji procesowej w postaci technologii formowania i dystrybucji opakowań kartonowych (klapowych i skrzyniowych) wykorzystywanych do transportu wyrobów gotowych Spółki w postaci konfekcjonowanego mięsa wieprzowego chłodzonego i mrożonego. Produkty te stanowią ok.48% sprzedaży ilościowo Spółki. ZM Skiba jest jednym z ważniejszych przetwórców mięsa wieprzowego w Polsce, a także aktywnym graczem na rynkach międzynarodowych. Efekt realizacji Projektu odpowie na bezpośrednie potrzeby Spółki wynikające z zewnętrznych uwarunkowań prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej w branży mięsnej, tj.: -zmniejszenie materiało-, czaso- i pracochłonności procesu formowania kartonów, - zapewnienie wytrzymałości opakowań kartonowych, -zwiększenie wydajności i elastyczności produkcji w obliczu rosnącego zapotrzebowania na opakowania. Pośrednim odbiorcą są odbiorcy produktów Spółki tj. sieci detaliczne, hurtownie, zakłady przetwórstwa dzięki możliwości odbioru produktów w wytrzymałych klejonych opakowaniach kartonowych, co jest zgodne z trendami rynkowymi i pozwala ujednolicić rodzajów kartonów stosowanych w magazynach. Realizacja Projektu umożliwi uzyskanie wysokokonkurencyjnego procesu stanowiącego innowację w skali krajowej (z zakresu KIS nr 12) cechującego się wysokim poziomem automatyzacji i zwiększoną elastycznością. Powyższe zostanie osiągnięte dzięki zaplanowanym pracom B+R obejmującym prace rozwojowe w oparciu o zasoby kadrowe i techniczne oraz know-how badawczo-produkcyjny Spółki.
