"Биляна" ООД е дружество, малко предприятие основано през 1992 г., регистрирано по търговския закон и закон за рибарството и аквакултурите , с основен предмет на дейност "производство на свинско месо, разплодни и племенни животни, малки прасета, други селскостопански животни, риба, месни произведения, кожи, зърнени храни, фуражни смески". Собственици на дяловете на дружеството са Лефтер Евстатиев Лефтеров с 51.08% и Евстати Лефтеров Лефтеров с 48.92%. Единствен управител на дружеството е Лефтер Лефтеров. Дружеството притежава собствен животновъден свинекомплекс в с. Българско Сливово, община Свищов. С настоящия проект, дружеството реализира нова политика в направлението животновъдно производство, чрез инвестиции в аквакултура за разнообразяване на производството, чрез висококачествени морски ракообразни видове, при гарантиране на ниски нива на производствените разходи. Кандидатът ще изгради в нова производствена сграда, иновативната за Р. България (а и в рамките на ЕС), затворена соленоводна рециркулационна система, водоснабдена от съществуващ собствен сондажен кладенец с дебит от 4 l/s, в която вода ще бъде добавяна специализирана сол с цел достигане на оптимални условия за отглеждане на скаридите. Във фермата ще се отглежда Бялата тихоокеанска скарида с латинско наименование Litopenaeus vannamei, предходно класифицирана като Penaeus vannamei. За проектирането на фермата, е използвана технологията и практиката на дипломирани технолози от Нидерландия, които имат богат опит в изграждането и оперирането на скаридени ферми. Фермата ще бъде пълносистемна - за целия цикъл на отглеждане - от люпене на ларви от собствено маточно стадо до - производство на консумативен размер скарида за предлагане на пазара. С изпълнението на заложените дейности и използването на ВЕИ ще се гарантират положителни парични потоци, които дефинират проекта, като изключително рентабилен. “Biliana” Ltd. is a small company established in 1992, registered under the Commercial Act and the Fisheries and Aquaculture Act, with the main activity “production of pig meat, breeding and tribal animals, small pigs, other farm animals, fish, meat products, hides, cereals, feed mixtures”. The owners of the company’s shares are Lefter Evstatiev Lefterov with 51.08 % and Evstati Lefterov Lefterov with 48.92 %. The sole manager of the company is Lefter Lefterov. The company owns a pig breeder complex in the village of Balgarsko Slivovo, Svishtov Municipality. With this project, the company implements a new policy in the field of livestock production, through investments in aquaculture for diversification of production, through high quality marine crustaceans, ensuring low levels of production costs. The applicant will build in a new production building, the innovative for the Republic of Bulgaria (and within the EU), a closed saltwater recirculation system, supplied by an existing own drilling well with a flow of 4 l/s, into which water will be added special salt in order to achieve optimal conditions for shrimp farming. The farm will grow white Pacific shrimp, Latin called Litopenaeus vannamei, previously classified as Penaeus vannamei. For the design of the farm, the technology and practice of graduate technologists from the Netherlands, who have extensive experience in the construction and operation of shrimp farms, has been used. The farm will be FULLY — for the entire growing cycle — from hatching larvae from own uterine herd to — production of consumable size shrimp for marketing. The implementation of the planned activities and the use of RES will ensure positive cash flows that define the project as extremely profitable. Bilyana Ltd. declares 65 points in ranking/evaluation of project proposals. (English)

«Biliana» Ltd. est une petite entreprise établie en 1992, enregistrée en vertu de la Loi sur le commerce et de la Loi sur les pêches et l’aquaculture, dont l’activité principale est «la production de viande porcine, d’élevage et d’animaux tribaux, de petits porcs, d’autres animaux d’élevage, de poissons, de produits de viande, de cuirs, de céréales, de mélanges d’aliments pour animaux». Les actionnaires de la société sont Lefter Evstatiev Lefterov avec 51,08 % et Evstati Lefterov Lefterov avec 48,92 %. L’unique responsable de l’entreprise est Lefter Lefterov. L’entreprise possède un complexe d’éleveurs de porcs dans le village de Balgarsko Slivovo, municipalité de Svishtov. Avec ce projet, l’entreprise met en œuvre une nouvelle politique dans le domaine de l’élevage, par des investissements dans l’aquaculture pour la diversification de la production, par le biais de crustacés marins de haute qualité, assurant des niveaux bas de coûts de production. La ferme poussera des crevettes blanches du Pacifique, le latin appelé Litopenaeus vannamei, précédemment classé comme Penaeus vannamei. Pour la conception de l’exploitation, la technologie et la pratique des technologues diplômés des Pays-Bas, qui possèdent une vaste expérience de la construction et de l’exploitation des élevages de crevettes, ont été utilisées. La ferme sera entièrement — pour l’ensemble du cycle de croissance — des larves d’éclosion de son propre troupeau utérin à — la production de crevettes consommables pour la commercialisation. La mise en œuvre des activités prévues et l’utilisation des énergies renouvelables garantiront des flux de trésorerie positifs qui définissent le projet comme extrêmement rentable.
