Проект „Патронажна грижа за възрастни хора и лица с увреждания в община Угърчин“ ще осигури допълнителни публични ресурси за подкрепяне на мерките по време на въведеното извънредно положение и съпътсващия го наложителен период на социална изолация на територията на община Угърчин. Предвидените услуги в домашна среда са с цел ограничаване контактите между хората, като бъдат подкрепени лицата, които са застрашени в най-голяма степен от COVID-19.Предвидените дейности са следните:1. Предоставяне на услуги за преодоляване последиците от коронавируса за възрастни хора над 65 г. с ограничения или в невъзможност за самообслужване, за хора с увреждания и техните семейства, за хора, които са поставени под карантина и за които има социална необходимост от почасови услуги в община Угърчин.2. Организиране на транспорт за персонала, предоставящ услугите, от/до домовете на лицата. Осигуряване на лични предпазни средства и дезинфекциращи препарати за лицата, предоставящи услугите.Услугата ще се администрира в Център за почасово предоставяне на услуги, който е общинска собственост. Персоналът за предоставяне на услугата ще се състои от шофьори и патронажни работници. Продължителността на проекта е 8 месеца. Броят на потребителите, които пряко ще бъдат засегнати от изпълнението на проекта, е 36 лица, като за тях се предвижда доставка на храна, хранителни продукти и продукти от първа необходимост, включително лекарства (закупени със средства на потребителите), заплащане на битови сметки, заявяване и получаване на неотложни административни услуги (със средства на потребителите). Реализирането на проектното предложение на Община Угърчин допринася за превенция и подпомагане достъпа до услуги на уязвими лица, хора с увреждания в невъзможност за самообслужване, лица в карантинен период и дейности, пряко свързани с опазване здравето на лицата, които са застрашени в най-голяма степен от COVID-19. The project “Patronage care for elderly and disabled people in the municipality of Ugarchin” will provide additional public resources to support the measures during the introduced state of emergency and the accompanying period of social exclusion on the territory of the municipality of Ugarchin. The services provided in the home environment are designed to limit people-to-people contacts by supporting those most threatened by COVID-19.The activities envisaged are the following:1. Provision of coronavirus response services for older people over 65 with restrictions or inability to self-service, for people with disabilities and their families, for people in quarantine and for whom there is a social need for hourly services in the municipality of Ugarchin.2. Organising transport for staff providing the services to/from persons’ homes. Provision of personal protective equipment and disinfectants for service providers. The service will be administered in the Center for hourly provision of services, which is municipal property. The staff providing the service will consist of drivers and patronage workers. The duration of the project is 8 months. The number of consumers directly affected by the implementation of the project is 36 persons, including the supply of food, food and essential products, including medicines (purchased with consumer funds), payment of utility bills, requesting and receiving urgent administrative services (with consumer funds). The implementation of the project proposal of the Municipality of Ugarchin contributes to the prevention and support of access to services for vulnerable persons, people with disabilities in a self-service situation, persons in quarantine and activities directly related to the protection of the health of those who are most at risk from COVID-19.
