Изпълнението на дейностите на пилотния демонстрационен проект ще допринесат към прилагането на модели за кръгова икономика и предоставяне на потребителски ориентирана информация и данни за практическите възможности за предотвратяване образуването на битови отпадъци и подготовката за повторно използване и/или рециклиране на битови отпадъчни материали. Изграждането на пилотен демонстрационен модел за кръгова икономика за нуждите на управлението на отпадъците, обединява пространствени и непространствени данни от различни източници и осигурява лесен достъп чрез ресурсите на глобалната мрежа. Пилотният демонстрационен модел ще е потребителски ориентиран и ще позволява извършване на справки и анализи. Тази функционалност значително ще подобри координацията, както между отделните ползватели, така и между отделните целеви групи.Пилотният демонстрационен проект предвижда да обхване територията на гр. София, Столична община, заедно с кварталите – Суходол, Филиповци и Требич, които са в строителните граници на града, но са териториално отделени. При определяне на мястото за изпълнение на пилотния демонстрационен модел за кръгова икономика е взета под внимание неговата многопластова и многостранна структура, съдържаща следните основни компоненти: човешки капитал, насищане и достъп до пазара, финансов капитал, дигитални технологии, добра регулаторна среда и добро управление. The implementation of the activities of the pilot demonstration project will contribute to the implementation of circular economy models and the provision of consumer-oriented information and data on practical options for the prevention of municipal waste generation and the preparation for re-use and/or recycling of household waste materials. Building a pilot circular economy demonstration model for waste management, brings together spatial and non-spatial data from different sources and provides easy access through global network resources. The pilot demonstration model will be user-oriented and allow for consultation and analysis. This functionality will significantly improve coordination, both between users and between different target groups. The pilot demonstration project foresees to cover the territory of Sofia, Sofia Municipality, along with the districts — Suhodol, Filipovtsi and Trebić, which are within the city’s construction boundaries but are territorially separated. When determining the venue for the implementation of the pilot demonstration model for a circular economy, its multi-layered and multi-faceted structure containing the following main components has been taken into account: human capital, saturation and market access, financial capital, digital technologies, a good regulatory environment and good governance.
