For the needs of the high technological activity of the company it is necessary to introduce the most modern technical instruments for measuring. They should provide our testing laboratory with the possibility of fast and quality services in a wide analytical range. The separate EU directives for integrated pollution prevention and environmental control set mandatory conditions requiring strengthening the capacity of Leb JSC to develop and implement innovative technologies, products and services. The effective and efficient use of factors of production involves improving production processes through investment in fixed tangible and intangible assets and reengineering of processes. Achieving this goal creates an opportunity for increasing the productivity of the company, expanding the product portfolio and entering new markets. The project envisages the introduction of resour-efficient technology in the production by supplying highly efficient machines: pump reactor for use with aggressive corrosive fluids, a new forklift for safe operation in indoor and outdoor spaces. For the needs of the production activity and the services offered by Leb JSC is intended to supply a gas chromatograph with a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer, complete with equipment and technique for extraction and sample preparation. Лемна Екоинвест-България АД (ЛЕБ АД) произвежда и работи с химични продукти за пречистване на води, проектира и пуска в действие пречиствателни съоръжения за вода и доставя реагенти за тях. За да осигури растеж на продажбите и устойчивост в развитието трябва да се преодолеят ограниченията по отношение на конкурентоспособността на вътрешния и европейски пазар. Подкрепата за развитие на производствения капацитет е необходима за подобряване резултатите от производството чрез доставка на ново оборудване и ефективното му използване. За нуждите на високо технологичната дейност на фирмата е нужно въвеждане и на най-модерни технически средства за измерване. Те трябва да осигурят на лабораторията ни за изпитване възможност за бързи и качествени услуги в широк аналитичен диапазон. Специалните директиви на ЕС за интегрирано предотвратяване на замърсяванията и контрол върху околната среда поставят задължителни условия изискващи засилване капацитета на ЛЕБ АД за разработване и внедряване на иновативни технологии, продукти и услуги. Ефективното и ефикасно използване на факторите на производството включва подобряване на производствените процеси чрез инвестиции в дълготрайни материални и нематериални активи и реинженеринг на процесите. Постигането на тази цел създава възможност за повишаване продуктивността на фирмата, разширяване продуктовото портфолио и излизане на нови пазари.
