“Ludal Friction” Ltd. was established in 2010 and specialises in the production of high quality asbestos friction products, including drum and pads for light trucks and trucks, buses, trailers and semi-trailers, friction discs and specialised friction products. The expansion of market positions and increasing the competitiveness of external markets, characterised by a high intensity of competitive struggle, require continuous improvement of the production process in order to respond to the current trends of production in the sector, the dynamics in the development of consumer demand and requirements for final products. In view of this, the implementation of this project is envisaged, with the main objective of increasing the production capacity and strengthening the export potential of “Ludal Frickson” EOOD. The project will be implemented through the implementation of the following set of activities eligible under this procedure for: 1)improvement of production processes; 2)diversification of the range of products of enterprises; 3)implementation of new technologies for improving resource efficiency and efficiency in the production process, which are investments in FTA — heat-removal press — 1 pcs., internal grinding machine — 1 pcs. and machine for external grinding — 1 pcs., related to expansion of the capacity of the existing establishment. The project activities and expected results will contribute to effectively overcome the problems and constraints of the company’s development and increase its competitiveness, related to lack of sufficient production capacity, use of obsolete technologies and high production costs, as well as lower quality of the manufactured products and impossibility to expand the range. The project also falls under the priorities of this procedure related to thematic and regional prioritisation, sustainable development and participation in CLP procedures. (English) | |||||||||||||||

“Людал Фрикшън” ЕООД е създадена през 2010 г. и e специализирана в производството на висококачествени безазбестови фрикционни продукти, включващи барабанни и дискови накладки за лекотоварни и товарни автомобили, автобуси, ремаркета и полуремаркета, фрикционни дискове и специализирани фрикционни изделия. Разширяването на пазарните позиции и повишаване на конкурентоспособността на външните пазари, характеризиращи се с висок интензитет на конкурентната борба, налагат непрекъснато подобряване на производствения процес с цел да отговаря на актуалните тенденции на производство в бранша, на динамиката в развитието на потребителското търсене и изисквания към крайните продукти. С оглед на това се предвижда реализацията на настоящия проект, имащ за основна цел повишаване на производствения капацитет и засилване на експортния потенциал на “Людал Фрикшън” ЕООД. Проектът ще се реализира посредством изпълнението на следния комплекс от допустими по настоящата процедура дейности за: 1)подобряване на производствените процеси; 2)разнообразяване на асортимента от продукти на предприятията; 3)внедряване на нови технологии за подобряване на ресурсната ефективност и ефикасност в производствения процес, които представляват инвестиции в ДМА –преса за топло отпресоване– 1 бр., машина за вътрешно шлайфане – 1 бр. и машина за външен шлайф – 1 бр., свързани с разширяване на капацитета на съществуващия стопански обект. Проектните дейности и очаквани резултати ще допринесат за ефективно преодоляване на проблемите и ограниченията пред развитието на дружеството и повишаване на неговата конкурентоспособност, свързани с липса на достатъчен производствен капацитет, използване на морално остарели технологии и високи производствени разходи, както и по-ниско качество на произвежданите продукти и невъзможност за разширяване на асортимента. Проектът попада и в приоритетите на настоящата процедура, свързани с тематично и регионално приоритизиране, устойчиво развитие и участие в процедури по ОПК. (Bulgarian)
