По този финансов план ще се финансират възнагражденията и осигурителни вноски върху тези възнаграждения на изпълнителния директор и служителите от специализираната администрация в Изпълнителна агенция „Сертификационен одит на средствата от Европейските земеделски фондове“. Целева група на ФП са част от служителите на ИА СОСЕЗФ, ангажирани с одитни функции по Европейският земеделски фонд за развитие на селските райони (ЕЗФРСР), като чрез изпълнението на ФП ще се осигурят средства за възнаграждения при изпълнение на функциите им.При изпълнение на финансовия план ще бъдат спазвани хоризонталните принципи на ЕС. A target group of the FIs are part of the staff of the SEAEA, who are assigned to audit functions under the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), and the implementation of the FIs will provide funds for remuneration in the performance of their functions.
