“Education-Business” is an innovative mechanism to coordinate and support cooperation between local authorities, social partners and business in the formulation, implementation and monitoring of regional policies in the field of vocational education and training (VET). vocational schools; administrations; the social partners in Lovech, Vratsa and Montana; MON; MLSP.Objectives:- Increasing the effectiveness of cross-sectoral interaction in VET in the districts of Lovech, Vratsa and Montana; — Improving the quality of education services in the 3 areas; Activities:- Exploring existing mechanisms for interaction and links between institutions at central and local level and business in the formulation, implementation and monitoring of regional and local VET policies in the districts of Lovech, Vratsa and Montana;- Collection of data on good practices to coordinate and support cooperation between local authorities, social partners and business in the formulation, implementation and monitoring of regional policies in the field of vocational education and training- Mapping of participants in the public-private partnership “Education-Business”- Establishment of North-West Regional Board “Education-Business”- Presentation of the Board.Results:- Successfully implemented project by NGOs — Forum;- conducted analyses of applied policies and collected data on good practices in the field of vocational education; a wide range of stakeholders involved in the decision-making and policy-making process for VET in the 3 areas;- Established Education-Business Board for peer-to-peer management of VET policies with citizens and businesses;- A popular project. Северозападен Регионален Борд (СРБ) „Образование-Бизнес“ представлява иновативен механизъм за координиране и подпомагане на сътрудничеството между местните власти, социалните партньори и бизнеса при формулирането, изпълнението и мониторинга на регионалните политики в областта на професионалното образование и обучение (ПОО).Целеви групи - гражданите; професионалните училища; администрациите; социалните партньори в областите Ловеч, Враца и Монтана; МОН; МТСП.Цели:- Повишаване на ефективността на междусекторно взаимодействие в областта на ПОО в областите Ловеч, Враца и Монтана; - Подобряване на качеството на образователните услуги в 3-те области; - Създаване на условия за подобряване на социално-икономическата среда и задоволяване на увеличеното търсене на човешки ресурс с адекватни професионални квалификации и компетентности.Дейности:- Изследване на съществуващите механизми за взаимодействие и връзки между институциите на централно и местно ниво и бизнеса при формулирането, прилагането и мониторинга на регионални и местни политики, свързани с ПОО в областите Ловеч, Враца и Монтана;- Събиране на данни за добри практики за координиране и подпомагане на сътрудничеството между местните власти, социалните партньори и бизнеса при формулирането, изпълнението и мониторинга на регионалните политики в областта на професионалното образование и обучение- Картографиране на участниците в публично-частното партньорство СРБ „Образование-Бизнес“- Създаване на Северозападен Регионален Борд „Образование-Бизнес”- Представяне на Борда.Резултати:- Успешно изпълнен проект от НПО - Форум;- Проведени анализи на прилаганите политики и събрани данни за добри практики в областта на професионалното образование;- Включени широк кръг заинтересовани страни в процеса на взимане на решения и формиране на политиките за ПОО в 3-те области;- Създаден Борд „Образование-Бизнес” за партньорско управление на политиките за ПОО с гражданите и бизнеса;- Популяризиран проект.
