The investment project envisages the integration of new technological equipment by purchasing new equipment with greater technological capabilities described below, integrating a waste heat recovery system and a monitoring system for energy consumption:- Pallet forging line (Measure 1 of the Energy Audit);- Gazokar (Measure 2 of the Energy Audit);- Ventilation plant for the recovery of residual heat (Measure 3 of the Energy Audit);- Energy consumption monitoring system (Energy Audit Measure 4).After integration of the technological equipment listed above, the production capacity of the company will increase significantly. With the new equipment, the cost of energy consumption per unit of production will be significantly lower than for old equipment and, moreover, production will be significantly more energy-efficient and energy-saving and, on this basis, will significantly reduce CO2 emissions. Инвестиционният проект предвижда интегриране на ново технологично оборудване, като бъде закупено описаното по-долу ново оборудване с по-големи технологични възможности, интегрира се система за оползотворяване на отпадна топлина и система за мониторинг на енергопотреблението:- Линия за коване на палети (Мярка 1 от Енергийния одит);- Газокар (Мярка 2 от Енергийния одит);- Вентилационна инсталация за оползотворяване на остатъчна топлинна енергия (Мярка 3 от Енергийния одит);- Система за мониторинг на енергопотреблението (Мярка 4 от Енергийния одит).След интегриране на изброеното по-горе технологично оборудване, производственият капацитет на предприятието ще нарасне значително. С новото оборудване разходите за енергопотреблението на единица произведена продукция ще са значително по-малки отколкото при старо такова оборудване и освен това производството ще бъде значително по-енергоефективно и енергоспестяващо и на тази основа ще осигури значително намаляването на емисиите CO2.
