Проектното предложение е насочено към разширяване и увеличаване на производствения капацитет на "Енеркемикал" ООД. Това ще бъде постигнато чрез въвеждането на съвременни металообработващи машини и оборудване за почистване на метали, а именно: Вертикална триосна фрезова машина, Тръбоогъваща машина с форма и контраформа с диапазон на огъване на тръби от черни стомани до 2“GASх4 мм и почистваща машина - пароструйка. Първите две машини са снабдени с цифровопрограмно управление за създаване и оптимизиране на технологичните задачи за металообработващите машини. С реализацията на проекта "Енеркемикал" ООД ще подобри производствените процеси, което ще повиши конкурентоспособността и ще увеличи нейния потенциал за износ на произведени продукти. След въвеждането в експлоатация на навите машини, дружеството ще допълни съществуващите производствено- технологични линии и ще развие нови. Това ще даде възможност на разширяване и обогатяване на продуктовата и асортиментна структура при повишена ефективност на производството. Общата стойност на допустимите разходи по проекта възлиза на на 387 597,00 лв., от които 348 837,00 лв.- безвъзмездна финансова помощ. Кандидатът декларира, че разполага със собствени средства за съфинансирането. Очакваните резултати от реализацията на проекта са свързани главно с увеличаването на броя на продуктите, произвеждани от "Енеркемал" ООД, както и опритмизиране на производствените разходи. Допълнителни положителни ефекти се очакват от намаленото време за за осигуряване и преместване на произвежданите детайли, значителна оптимизация по отношение на ресурсната ефективност и ефикасност в производствената дейност на дружеството. Във финансово изражение, така описаните положителелни резултати ще доведат до приблизително 5 млн. лв. нетни приходи от продажби, при увеличена ефективност на производствените разроди с над 15% и увеличаване на генерираните приходи от износ с над 50%. This will be achieved through the introduction of modern metalworking machines and equipment for cleaning metals, namely: Vertical triaxial milling machine, Pipe bending machine with shape and counterform with a bending range of black steel pipes up to 2"GASx4 mm and steam cleaner. The first two machines are equipped with digital software control to create and optimise technological tasks for machine tools. With the realisation of the project “Energy” Ltd. will improve the production processes, which will increase competitiveness and increase its potential for export of manufactured products. After the commissioning of the machines, the company will complement the existing production and technological lines and develop new ones. This will enable the product and assortment structure to be expanded and enriched with increased production efficiency. The total eligible costs of the project amount to BGN 387 597.00, of which BGN 348 837.00 is a grant. The applicant declares that it has its own resources for the co-financing. The expected results of the project are mainly related to the increase in the number of products produced by Enerkemal Ltd., as well as the optimisation of the production costs. Additional positive effects are expected from the reduced time to secure and move the manufactured parts, significant optimisation in terms of resource efficiency and efficiency in the production activity of the company. In financial terms, the entrepreneur results described will lead to approximately BGN 5 million net sales revenue, with an increased efficiency of the production breakdowns by more than 15 % and an increase in the generated export revenue by more than 50 %.
