The workshop of the organisation is located in the village of Smirnenski, Vetovo municipality, Ruse region. The municipality has had a record high unemployment rate for years, the majority of unemployed are over 30 years old with primary or lower education. At least 7 (53.85 %) of the project’s target group will be in the following specific category: unemployed persons with a low level of education (under ISCED 3). Through the project proposal, ET “Jevner-Nermin Selim” wants to create 13 sustainable jobs for unemployed and inactive people from Vetovo municipality. It is envisaged to create the following new jobs — tailor (10 jobs), ironer, iron (1 job), supplier (1 job) and technologist, clothing (1 job). Vocational training for a second qualification for the profession is also provided for all those recruited as a tailor. For the jobs of tailors and ironers, the purchase of equipment necessary to carry out their work is also envisaged. The 13 representatives of the target group will be identified with the assistance of DBT Vetovo and will be recruited for a period of 12 months. 10 of them will undergo vocational training, and for 11 of the new jobs there is also the supply of equipment (automatic sewing machines, overlock sewing machines and steam generator iron). Once the project activities have been completed, the applicant has committed to retain at least 7 of the newly created jobs for a minimum period of 12 months. The project also provides for an activity for organisation and management and information and publicity activity. In the implementation of all activities, specific measures are envisaged to implement the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development. ЕТ „Джевнер-Нермин Селим” съществува от 1990г. и оттогава работи в областта на производството на облекло. Цехът на организацията се намира в с. Смирненски, община Ветово, област Русе. Общината от години е с рекордно висока безработица, по-голямата част от безработните са на възраст над 30 години с основно или по-ниско образование. Най-малко 7 (53,85%) от включените в проекта лица, целева група на проекта, ще са от следната специфична категория: безработни лица с ниска степен на образование (под ISCED 3). Чрез проектното предложение ЕТ „Джевнер-Нермин Селим” иска да създаде 13 устойчиви работни места за безработни и неактивни лица от община Ветово. Предвижда се създаването на следните нови работни места – шивач (10 работни места), гладач, ютия (1 работно място), снабдител (1 работно място) и технолог, облекло (1 работно място). За всички наети на длъжност „шивач“ е предвидено и професионално обучение за втора квалификационна степен за професията. За работните места на шивачите и гладача е предвидено и закупуване на оборудване, което е необходимо за извършване на работата им. 13-те представители на целевата група ще бъдат идентифицирани със съдействието на ДБТ Ветово и ще бъдат наети за период от 12 месеца. 10 от тях ще преминат професионално обучение, а за 11 от новите работни места е предвидена и доставка на оборудване (автоматични шевни машини, шевни машини оверлог и ютия с парогенератор). След приключването на дейностите по проекта кандидатът е поел ангажимент да запази най-малко 7 от новосъздадените работни места за период от минимум 12 месеца. В проекта е предвидена и дейност за организация и управление и дейност за информиране и публичност. В изпълнението на всички дейности са предвидени конкретни мерки за реализирането на принципите за равните възможности и липса на дискриминация, равенство на половете и устойчивото развитие.
