In the current marketing year, 18,601 decares of agricultural land maintained as set-aside are farmed. An increase in the economic size of the holding as measured in the OSP (minimum of EUR 2 000 OSP) is foreseen at the selected time of the inspection for the implementation of the business plan, will be carried out by increasing the number of bee colonies and maintaining the management of the agricultural land. To this end, the applicant will replicate the required number of new bee colonies through its own breeding activity. In order to improve the quality of the harvested production and to meet food quality requirements, and to modernise the overall activity, equipment for apiculture — electric centrifuge (24 frame) — will be purchased due to the presence of manual centrifuge on the farm and its small capacity for capacity and manual labour. In order to increase honey yields, the farmer plans to practice transhumance (2-3 times the yield of honey and wax) — for this purpose he plans to buy two platforms for beehives and a collector for transporting beehives to honey vegetation. A lavender plantation of 18,601 acres will be created. In the year for the second payment of the project will be taken care of 145 bee colonies and 18,601 decares of lavender. Местонахождението на стопанството е в обл. Разград, общ. Кубрат, в две землища -с. Задруга и землище на с.Т очилари . Стопанството е от смесен тип- развива се в направление пчеларство и растениевъдство. Към датата на кандидатстване се отглеждат 125 бр. пчелни семейства по конвенционален метод. През текущата стопанска година се стопанисват 18,601 дка земеделска земя, която се поддържа на угар. Предвижда се увеличаване на икономическия размер на стопанството измерен в СПО (минимум с 2000 евро СПО) към избрания момент на проверка по изпълнение на бизнес плана, ще се извърши като се увеличи броят на пчелните семейства и се запази стопанисването на земеделската земя. За тази цел кандидатът ще възпроизведе необходимият брой нови пчелни семейства чрез собствена развъдна дейност. С цел подобряване качеството на добиваната продукция и спазване на изискванията за качеството на храните, и модернизиране на цялостната дейност, ще бъде закупено оборудване за пчеларството - електрическа центрофуга (24 рамкова) , поради наличието на ръчна центрофуга в стопанството и малкият й капацитет за вместимост и влагането на ръчен труд . С цел повишаване на добивите от пчелен мед земеделският стопанин планира да практикува подвижно пчеларство (2-3 пъти по-голям добив на мед и восък.) - за тази цел планира да си закупи два броя платформи за пчелни кошери и колесар за транспортиране на пчелните кошери до медоносна растителност. Ще се създаде насаждение от лавандула- 18,601 дка. Към годината за второ плащане на проекта ще се полагат грижи за отглеждането на 145 броя пчелни семейства и 18,601 дка лавандула .
