The aim of this project proposal is to increase the energy efficiency and production capacity of Rodopi Ecoprojects EOOD by replacing the production equipment of the company, which is obsolete and energy-intensive. It is envisaged that the old equipment will be replaced by a new one, characterised by significantly improved productivity and low energy consumption. The planned replacement consists of replacing a filtration plant associated with the implementation of the main activity of the enterprise. The project proposal also provides for the construction of a system for the recovery of waste heat, the introduction of an automated system for monitoring and control of energy consumption, as well as the implementation of standard ISO 50001. As a result of the implementation of these measures, the volume of energy consumed and that of the harmful carbon emissions from production will be reduced, thus helping to protect the environment and improve the competitiveness of the company. The planned energy savings for the enterprise as a result of the implementation of the project (PES) will be 34.78 % or 2 298 728 kWh/year, and the efficiency of the investment in terms of the amount of energy saved in kWh on an annual basis to the required investment in BGN (kWh/BGN) will be 0.81 kWh/BGN for carbon dioxide emissions of 1 883 t/year. Целта на настоящото проектно предложение е да се повиши енергийната ефективност и производствения капацитет на „Родопи еко проджектс“ ЕООД чрез подмяна на производствено оборудване на фирмата, което е морално остаряло и енергоемко. Предвижда се старото оборудване да бъде заменено с ново, отличаващо се със значително подобрена производителност и ниска консумация на енергия.Планираната подмяна се изразява в замяна на инсталация за филтрация, свързана с осъществяването на основната дейност на предприятието. В рамките на проектното предложение се предвижда и изграждане на система за оползотворяване на отпадна топлина, въвеждане на автоматизирана система за мониторинг и контрол на енергопотреблението, както и внедряване на стандарт ISO 50001.Като резултат от изпълнението на посочените мерки ще се редуцира обема на изразходваната енергия и този на отделяните вредни въглеродни емисии от производството, а така ще се спомогне за опазването на околната среда и подобряване на конкурентоспособността на дружеството. Планираните енергийни спестявания за предприятието в резултат от изпълнението на проекта (ПЕС) ще са 34,78% или 2298728 kWh/год., а ефективността на инвестицията като отношение на количеството спестена енергия в кВтч. на годишна база към необходимата инвестиция в лева (кВтч/лв.) ще бъде 0,81 кВтч/лв. при спестени емисии въглероден диоксид от 1883 t/год.
