The Regional Health Inspectorate — Smolyan (RZI — Smolyan) was established on 14 January 2011 by Decree No 1 of 6 January 2011 on structural changes in the healthcare system. The activity, structure, organisation of work and composition of RZI — Smolyan are regulated by the Rules of Procedure of the Regional Health Inspectorates (RZI’s GOP). The inspection is subordinate to the Minister of Health and implements the state health policy on the territory of Smolyan region. The project proposal aims to improve the knowledge and skills of RZI employees — Smolyan, by providing specialised trainings, for better management, provision of better quality services for citizens and businesses and organisation and effective implementation of the state health policy on the territory of Smolyan region. Under the project, 7 specialised trainings are planned, which will include 83 employees from RZI — Smolyan, and all employees who have successfully completed training will receive a certificate. As a result of the implementation of the project is expected:- Improving the results of the state health control on the territory of the Smolyan Region and reaching a high level of compliance with the national and European requirements of the public purpose sites, products, goods and activities with importance for human health and the factors of the environment;- Quality state health control over the medical and health institutions on the territory of Smolyan District;- Effective implementation of the state health policy in Smolyan District;- Better management and functioning of the control systems in RZI — Smolyan. Регионална здравна инспекция - Смолян (РЗИ - Смолян) е създадена на 14.01.2011 г. с Постановление № 1 от 6.01.2011 г. за структурни промени в системата на здравеопазването. Дейността, структурата, организацията на работа и съставът на РЗИ – Смолян се регламентират от Устройствен правилник на регионалните здравни инспекции (УП на РЗИ). Инспекцията е подчинена на Министъра на здравеопазването и осъществява държавната здравна политика на територията на Смолянска област. Проектното предложение има за цел да се подобрят знанията и уменията на служителите от РЗИ – Смолян, чрез предоставяне на специализирани обучения, за по-добро управление, предоставяне на по-качествени услуги за гражданите и бизнеса и организиране и ефективно осъществяване на държавната здравна политика на територията на Смолянска област. По проекта е предвидено провеждане на 7 бр. специализирани обучения, в които да бъдат включени – 83 бр. служители от РЗИ - Смолян, като всички служители, успешно преминали обучения ще получат сертификат. В резултат на реализацията на проекта се очаква:- Подобряване резултатите от държавния здравен контрол на територията на Област Смолян и достигане високо ниво на съответствие с националните и европейските изисквания на обектите с обществено предназначение, продуктите, стоките и дейностите със значение за здравето на човека и факторите на жизнената среда;- Качествен държавен здравен контрол върху лечебните и здравни заведения на територията на Област Смолян;- Ефективно прилагане на държавната здравна политика в Област Смолян;- По-добро управление и функциониране на системите за контрол в РЗИ – Смолян.
