The general objective of this project is to provide prerequisites for the creation of sustainable jobs in the company for long-term unemployed and inactive people. This objective will be achieved through a combination of measures to provide vocational training by the representatives of the target group, at the same time as they are involved in employment with an employer. In this way, our company focuses on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups into the labour market. The main activities of the project are aimed at:- selection and inclusion in employment of 12 months of 40 representatives of the target group (at least 50 % of them will be long-term unemployed and/or inactive persons);- providing training for acquiring professional qualifications of newly recruited persons with a view to their better labour adaptation in the company and increasing their personal competitiveness on the labour market; — purchase of fixed tangible assets — directly related to the equipment of newly opened jobs. Общата цел на настоящия проект е да осигури предпоставки за създаване на устойчиви работни места в дружеството за продължително безработни и неактивни лица. Тази цел ще бъде постигната посредством комбинация от мерки за осигуряване на обучения за придобиване на професионална квалификация от представителите на целевата група, едновременно с включването им в заетост при работодател. По този начин дружеството ни поставя акцент върху интеграцията на едни от най-уязвимите групи на пазара на труда. Основните дейности на проекта са ориентирани към:- подбор и включване в заетост от 12 месеца на 40 представители на целевата група (като най-малко 50 % от тях ще бъдат продължително безработни и/или неактивни лица);- предоставяне на обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация на новоназначените лица с оглед по-пълноценната им трудова адаптация в дружеството и повишаване на личната им конкурентоспособност на пазара на труда;- закупуване на дълготрайни материални активи - пряко свързани с оборудването на новоразкритите работни места.
