Ognyanovo-K AD is one of the major producers in Bulgaria of lime and limestone materials, which are widely used in the field of construction and other areas of industry. In order to maintain the company’s competitive advantages, its management regularly renews the equipment available, focusing on the pursuit of sustainable development for the company. Fully in the context of this policy, the activities planned under this project proposal relate to the purchase of energy-efficient equipment in order to increase the energy efficiency of existing production and reduce production costs. In order to achieve the objectives set, the company plans to implement, within the framework of this project, three energy efficiency measures related to the purchase of hydraulic excavator with straight shovel, mine truck and 2 hydraulic wheeled wheel loaders. The new equipment is more productive at lower specific energy consumption, which is projected to achieve 70.42 % energy savings and a reduction in CO² emissions per year by 1 203.06 tonnes. Within the project OGNYANVO-K JSC also plans to introduce an energy management system in the enterprise according to the requirements of standard BDS EN ISO 50001. As a result of the implementation of the planned activities OGNYANVO-K AD will be able to start applying a more environmentally friendly production policy by using energy efficient technologies that respect the environment. The introduction of an energy management system will allow the company to optimise the use of energy, which will also reduce energy consumption. Last but not least, as a result of the successful implementation of the project activities, the company will significantly increase its production capacity and production quality, which will allow attracting new customers and expanding the activity. ОГНЯНОВО-К АД е един от големите производители в България на варови и варовикови материали, намиращи широко приложение в областта на строителството и други области на промишлеността. За да запази конкурентните предимства на дружеството неговото ръководство регулярно подновява наличното оборудване, поставяйки акцент върху стремежа към постигане на устойчиво развитие за предприятието. Изцяло в контекста на тази политика планираните в рамките на настоящото проектно предложение дейности са свързани със закупуване на енергоефективно оборудване, с цел увеличаване на енергийната ефективност на съществуващото производство и намаляване на производствените разходи. За реализацията на така поставените цели дружеството планира да изпълни в рамките на настоящия проект три мерки за енергийна ефективност свързани със закупуване на хидравличен багер с права лопата, минен камион и 2 бр. хидравлични челни колесни товарача. Новото оборудване е с по-голяма производителност при по-ниско специфично потребление на енергия в резултат, на което се предвижда да бъдат постигнати енергийни спестявания в размер на 70.42 % и намаление на CO² емисии на година с 1 203.06 тона. В рамките на проекта ОГНЯНОВО-К АД планира също така да въведе система за енергийно управление в предприятието, съгласно изискванията на стандарт БДС EN ISO 50001. В резултат от изпълнението на планираните дейности ОГНЯНОВО-К АД ще може да започне да прилага по-екологична производствена политика, чрез използване на енергоефективни технологии, щадящи околната среда. Въвеждането на система за управление на енергията ще позволи на фирмата да оптимизира използването на енергия, което ще доведе до намаляване и на енерго-потреблението. Не на последно място, в резултат на успешното изпълнение на заложените по проекта дейности, фирмата ще повиши значително производствения си капацитет и качеството на продукцията, което ще позволи привличане на нови клиенти и разширяване на дейността.
