The plantations are located on a total of 5 PIs (land estates) managed under ten-year lease agreements. All areas are irrigated and all have a drip irrigation system. The beneficiary concluded a contract with a certification body for the conversion to organic farming of the fruit plantations this year. Plans to increase the size of farmed orchards, which will also be organically grown. In order to achieve the objectives of the business plan, the applicant envisages that the land with fallow land will create 4,498 decares of plums and 3,690 dk of fruit plantation of peaches. Currently he does not have the necessary agricultural equipment and uses external mechanised services. Its intentions are therefore to invest part of the funds in the purchase of fertiliser-spreading trailers to carry out part of the agricultural activities related to the activity on the farm — fertilisation of the plantations. In addition to improving the farm’s physical condition, the applicant will carry out the necessary skills and competences through training on basic environmental protection issues in the agricultural sector under sub-measure 1.1 ‘Vocational training and skills acquisition’. Стопанството на бенефициентката е растениевъдно, разположено в землището на село Струпец, община Сливен, област Сливен. Занимава се с отглеждането на овощни насаждения – праскови и сливи. През настоящата стопанска 2017/2018 година се обработват 16,534 дк сливи и 4,004 дк праскови. Стопанисват се 8,188 дк угари. Насажденията са разположени общо на 5 ПИ /поземлени имота/, стопанисвани по силата на договори за наем за 10 години. Всички площи са поливни, като на всички има изградена система за капково напояване. През настоящата година бенефициентката е сключила договор със сертифицираща организация за преминаване към биологично отглеждане на овощните насаждения. Планира увеличаване на размера на стопанисваните овощни насаждения, които също ще отглежда по биологичен начин. За изпълнение целите на бизнес плана, кандидатката предвижда на площите с угари да създаде 4,498 дк овощно насаждение от сливи и 3,690 дк овощно насаждение от праскови. Към момента не разполага с необходимата земеделска техника и ползва външни механизирани услуги. Затова намеренията й са да инвестира част от средствата в закупуването на тороразпръскащо ремарке за извършване на част от агротехнически мероприятия, свързани с дейноста в стопанството – торенето на насажденията. Наред с подобряване на материалното състояние на стопанството кандидатката ще извърши необходимото за придобиване на умения и компетентности чрез преминаване на обучение по основни проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор по подмярка 1.1 „Професионално обучение и придобиване на умения“. Проектът си поставя и цели със социална насоченост - разкриване на нови работни места.
