The project “Chances for a Better Life in Chepelare Municipality” is intended to create a new social enterprise with activities of landscaping and public works to improve the environment of the municipality of Chepelare, reduce unemployment and improve the social status of people. The project activities are aimed at the social and professional integration of people from vulnerable groups by promoting social entrepreneurship in order to improve the quality of life and overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty of these people. It is planned to organise and conduct motivational training and professional trainings in the profession of Landscaping Worker, Landscaping and Florist specialty and by profession “Building Aid”, specialty “Basic and Finishing Works” for obtaining a first degree of professional qualification. Improving skills and knowledge contributes to the successful realisation of individuals on the labour market, to their retention and, above all, to increasing their career opportunities. Another main activity is organising and conducting trainings focused on the development of social competences in order to motivate the ambition for independence, self-affirmation, self-expression, and personal growth of the most vulnerable part of society, namely people with special needs. The project will help improve access to employment and address poverty and social exclusion by providing employment in the social enterprise for a period of 12 months. (English) | |||||||||||||||

По проекта „Шанс за по-добър живот в община Чепеларе” е предвидено да се създаде ново социално предприятие с дейност озеленяване и благоустройство за подобряване на околната среда на община Чепеларе, намаляване на безработицата и подобряване социалния статус на хората. Дейностите по проекта са насочени към социална и професионална интеграция на лица от уязвимите групи, чрез насърчаване на социалното предприемачество, с цел да се подобри качеството на живот и преодоляване на последиците от социално изключване и бедността на тези лица. Предвижда се организиране и провеждане на мотивационно обучение и професионални обучения по професия „Работник в озеленяването“, специалност „Озеленяване и цветарство“ и по професия „Помощник в строителството“, специалност „Основни и довършителни работи “ за придобиване на първа степен на професионална квалификация. Подобряването на умения и знания допринася за успешното реализиране на лицата на пазара на труда, за тяхното задържане и най-вече за повишаване на възможностите им за професионално развитие. Друга основна дейност е организиране и провеждане на тренинг-обучения фокусирани върху развитието на социалните компетенции с цел да се мотивира амбицията за независимост, себеутвърждаване, себеизява, и личностно израстване на най-уязвимата част от обществото, а именно хората със специални потребности. Проектът ще спомогне за подобряване достъпа до заетост и преодоляване на бедността и социалното изключване чрез осигуряване на заетост в социалното предприятие за период от 12 месеца. (Bulgarian)
