Margarita Temelokova for the realisation of a desk for architecture and design in Blagoevgrad to offer its clients modern, functional and beautiful solutions with an emphasis on innovative concepts for green buildings and passive houses. The enterprise applies for financial support through OP “Innovation and Competitiveness” in order to support the realisation of the entrepreneurial idea and establish the company as a sustainable and competitive entity in a dynamic and promising niche market. The project includes a comprehensive argumentation on the feasibility of the entrepreneurial idea, including a description of specific activities and the associated costs leading to its implementation; analysis of the effectiveness of the entrepreneurial initiative and of the opportunities for market realisation of the product produced, as well as a plan of financial profitability formulated in the Business Plan. The project proposal also includes measures for energy efficiency and sustainable development, conditions for the creation of long-term and sustainable employment of qualified professionals and has added value through wide-ranging social impact. The project and the activities and costs included therein correspond fully to the eligible ones set out in the Terms of Application. The intended objectives and results are in favour of overcoming the challenges to the sustainability and efficiency of the Bulgarian economy in terms of economic activity, entrepreneurial profile and territorial priority. In addition, the entrepreneurial idea proposed for funding clearly falls within the thematic areas of ESIS, section New technologies in creative and recreational industries, as it offers the development of a business plan in the field of cultural and creative industries (architecture and design), which in turn is a priority for the specific planning region — South-West Bulgaria. Проектно предложение "Урбанизация в зелено" на проектантско студио Би Болд ООД разгръща предприемаческата идея на арх. Маргарита Темелокова за реализация на бюро за архитектура и дизайн в гр. Благоевград, което да предложи на своите клиенти съвременни, функционални и красиви решения с акцент върху иновативните концепции за зелени сгради и пасивни къщи. Предприятието кандидатства за получаване на финансова помощ чрез ОП "Иновации и конкурентоспособност" с цел подпомагане на реализацията на предприемаческата идея и утвърждаване на фирмата като устойчив и конкурентоспособен субект в една динамична и перспективна пазарна ниша. Проектът включва цялостна аргументация на приложимостта на предприемаческата идея, включваща описание на конкретни дейности и обвързаните с тях разходи, водещи до изпълнението й; анализ на ефективността на предприемаческата инициатива и на възможностите за пазарна реализация на произведената стока, както и план на финансовата рентабилност, формулиран в Бизнес план. Проектното предложение включва и мерки за енергийна ефективност и устойчиво развитие, условия за създаване на продължителна и устойчива заетост на квалифицирани специалисти и има добавена стойност чрез широко обхватен социален ефект.Проектът и включените в него дейности и разходи напълно кореспондират на допустимите такива, посочени в Условията за кандидатстване. Предвидените цели и резултати са в полза на преодоляване на предизвикателствата пред устойчивостта и ефективността на българското стопанство по отношение на икономическа дейност, предприемачески профил и териториално приоритетизиране. Освен това предприемаческата идея, предложена за финансиране, категорично попада в Тематичните области на ИСИС, раздел Нови технологии в креативните и рекреативните индустрии, тъй като предлага развитие на бизнес план в сферата на културните и творческите индустрии (архитектура и дизайн) който от своя страна е приоритетен за конкретния регион на планиране - югозападна България.
