With this project proposal, Haskovo Municipality, in partnership with Troleybusen Transport EOOD, is taking measures to improve ambient air quality by reducing PM10 and NOx emissions, reducing noise and vibration, improving the quality of public urban transport services. The implementation of the project will increase the attractiveness of the public service that residents and visitors of the city prefer to use a private car. The electrification of the rolling stock of the urban transport will improve the environmental situation in the central part of Haskovo and will reduce the anthropogenic impact on the environment. For the implementation of the project and the achievement of its objectives, the following main activities are foreseen:- Supply of 5 electric buses serving the lines No 1 and No 4, according to the approved transport scheme of the city;- Delivery of 5 slow-charging stations and 1 number of fast charging station for electorbuses in a trolleybus depot; design and construction of a power cable for power supply of charging stations. The project proposal includes the following other activities necessary for the quality and timely implementation of the project:- Establishing a project management team;- Preparing a conformity assessment of the investment project and carrying out construction supervision;- Implementation of information and communication measures to explain the utility of the project and the contribution of the EU. This project will contribute to the implementation of the objectives and measures set out in the Programme for reducing emissions and reaching the established standards for harmful substances in the ambient air on the territory of Haskovo Municipality. С настоящото проектно предложение община Хасково в партньорство с "Тролейбусен транспорт" ЕООД предприема мерки за подобряване на качеството на атмосферния въздух, чрез намаляване на емисиите на ФПЧ10 и NOx, намаляване на шума и вибрациите, подобряване на качеството на услугите на обществения градски транспорт. Чрез осъществяването на проекта ще се повиши привлекателността на обществената усуга, която жителите и посетителите на града да предпочетат пред използването на личен автомобил. С електрифицирането на подвижния състав на градския транспорт ще се подобри екологичната обстановка в централната част на град Хасково и ще намали антропогенното влияние върху околната среда.За изпълнението на проекта и постигане на неговите цели се предвиждат следните основни дейности:- Доставка на 5 броя електрически автобуси обслужващи линиите № 1 и № 4, съгласно утвърдената транспортна схема на града;- Доставка на 5 броя бавнозарядни станции и 1 брой бързозарядна станция за електорбуси в тролейбусно депо;- Проектиране и изграждане на захранващ кабел за електрозахранване на зарядни станции.Проектното предложение включва и следните други дейности необходими за качественото и навременно изпълнение на проекта:- Сформиране на екип за управление на проекта;- Изготвянето на оценка за съответствие на инвестиционния проект и упражняването на строителен надзор;- Осъществяването на мерки по информация и комуникация за разясняването на ползата на проекта и приноса на ЕС.Настоящи проект ще способства за изпълнението на целите и мерките заложени в Програмата за намаляване на емисиите и достигане на установените норми за вредни вещества в атмосферния въздух на територията на община Хасково.
