The Ideas in Action project is a tool to support people who have their dreams and ideas for their own business. The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) monitoring report for 2015 notes that only 3.5 % of Bulgarians are engaged in entrepreneurship, and that a large part of these initiatives are successful and turn into a stable business. The study also states that the reason for the low entrepreneurial activity among Bulgarians is a lack of adequate education and state support, but the advantage is the accessible physical infrastructure and services. The aim of the “Ideas in Action” project is, knowing the environment and the factors that influence the business at local level, to help a candidate — entrepreneurs to get the necessary professional adequate support to realise their ideas in practice. In the Ideas in Action project, professional support will be implemented in line with the EU Action Plan Entrepreneurship 2020 (COM(2012) 795 final), by implementing the measures of each of the three pillars of the Plan, namely: —motivation and entrepreneurship education for acquiring business skills, key business competences and business thinking; —adequate advisory support for the viability of the ideas, informing about access to financial resources for starting and developing their own business in the first moments of the company’s existence and the practical steps and legislative requirements for the realisation of the business; — providing support for starting a real business and finding the right sources of finance, access to services and mentoring for business development by putting ideas into practice. Проект "Идеи в действие" е инструмент за подкрепа на хората, които имат своите мечти и идеи за собствен бизнес. В мониторинговият доклад на Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) за 2015 година се отбелязва, че едва 3.5% от българите се заемат с предприемачество, и че голяма част от тези инициативи се оказват успешни и се превръщат в стабилен бизнес. В изследването е посочено също, че причината за ниската предприемаческа активност сред българите е липса на адекватно образование и държавна подкрепа, но пък предимство са достъпната физическа инфраструктура и услуги. Целта на проект "Идеи в действие" е, познавайки средата и факторите, които въздействат на местно ниво върху бизнеса, да се помогне на кандидат - предприемачите да получат необходимата професионална адекватна подкрепа за да реализират идеите си на практика. В проект "Идеи в действие" професионалната подкрепа ще се реализира в унисон с Плана за действие на ЕС "План за действие "Предприемачество 2020"(COM(2012) 795 final), посредством изпълнение на мерките на всеки един от трите стълба на Плана, а именно: -мотивация и обучение за предприемачество за придобиване на бизнес-умения, ключови за бизнеса компетенции и бизнес начин на мислене; -адекватна консултантска помощ за жизнеспособността на идеите, информиране за достъп до финансов ресурс за стартиране и развитие на собствен бизнес в първите моменти от съществуването на фирмата и практическите стъпки и законодателни изисквания за реализиране на бизнеса; - предоставяне на подкрепа за започване на реална стопанска дейност и намиране на подходящи източници на финансиране, достъп до услуги и менторство за развитие на бизнес чрез реализация на идеите на практика. Проектът ще се реализира във всички 5 области на Югозападен район: София-град, Софийска област, Перник, Кюстендил и Благоевград. (Bulgarian)
