The present project provides for the repair and reconstruction of a site related to the cultural life of Troyan Municipality, representing a building — municipal property, provided for free use by the National Chitalishte “Development — 1898”, Oreshak village. The building is a monolithic reinforced concrete structure with built-up area of 940 sq. m. and a total built-up area of 2260 sq.m. It was built in 1968 and needs repair and reconstruction. The main construction works are related to the replacement of joinery, thermal insulation, replacement of roof covering and internal repairs.The following repairs are foreseen:- Casting of a new reinforced concrete flooring on bulk of ballast in the basement of the building;- Construction of a new outdoor chimney body attached to the northern facade;- Replacement of the old wooden and metal windows with PVC and aluminum, meeting the requirements of Ordinance No 7 on energy efficiency, heat storage and energy saving in buildings;- Heat insulation of the whole building;- Dismantling and installation of existing outdoor air conditioners;- Refreshing the facades and achieving a modern and fresh vision of the building;- Replacement of the roof covering;- Renovation of existing Cominian bodies;- Dismantling and installation of drainage pipes and gutters; installation of a new metal railing on the open site from the east of the square, as well as the existing ramp next to it. In addition to the implementation of the construction works, the project also includes activities related to copyright and construction supervision and project management. Настоящият проект предвижда ремонт и реконструкция на обект, свързан с културния живот на община Троян, представляващ сграда – общинска собственост, предоставена за безвъзмездно ползване от Народно читалище „Развитие – 1898“, с. Орешак. Сградата е монолитна стоманобетонна конструкция със застроена площ от 940 кв. м. и разгъната застроена площ от 2260 кв. м. Построена е през 1968 г. и се нуждае от ремонт и реконструкция. Основните СМР са свързани с подмяна на дограма, топлинно изолиране, подмяна на покривното покритие и вътрешни ремонти.Предвидени са следните ремонтни дейности:- Отливане на нова стоманобетонна настилка върху насип от баластра в сутерена на сградата;- Изграждане на ново външно коминско тяло, долепено до северната фасада;- Подмяна на старата дървена и метална дограма с PVC и алуминиева, отговаряща на изискванията на Наредба №7 за енергийна ефективност, топлосъхранение и икономия на енергия в сгради;- Топлинно изолиране на цялата сграда;- Демонтаж и монтаж на съществуващи външни климатични тела;- Освежаване на фасадите и постигане на модерна и свежа визия на сградата;- Подмяна на покривното покритие;- Обновяване на съществуващите комински тела;- Демонтаж и монтаж на водосточни тръби и улуци;- Монтиране на нов метален парапет на откритата площадка от изток откъм площада, както и на съществуващата рампа до нея.Освен изпълнението на СМР, проектът включва и дейности по авторски и строителен надзор и управление на проекта.За проекта е изпълнена и предварителна дейност по подготовка на проект.
