The project proposal for obtaining a grant under the direct grant procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 “Energy efficiency in peripheral regions”, Priority Axis 2 “Support for energy efficiency in support centres in peripheral areas” of Operational Programme “Regions in Growth” 2014-2020 aims to increase the energy efficiency of a public building of municipal and state innovation located in Troyan, Sq. “Revival” No 1, implementing energy-saving measures — insulation of external walls, floor and roof, replacement of joinery, replacement of heat supply and heating installation, replacement of lighting, reconstruction of the substation and boiler installation, introduction (replacement) of measuring, control and control instruments, reconstruction (replacement) of building systems or elements thereof. When implementing the prescribed energy saving measures, the building will meet the requirements for energy efficiency, heat storage and energy savings in buildings in accordance with Regulation No 7 of 2004, Act on 14 April 2015 and will reach class “B”. Проектното предложение за получаване на безвъзмездна финансова помощ по процедура за директно предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ BG16RFOP001-2.001 „Енергийна ефективност в периферните райони”, Приоритетна ос 2 „Подкрепа за енергийна ефективност в опорни центрове в периферните райони“ на Оперативна програма „Региони в растеж“ 2014-2020 г. цели да повиши енергийната ефективност на обществена сграда на общинската и държавната адинистрация, находяща се в град Троян, пл. "Възраждане" №1, изпълнявайки енергоспестяващи мерки – изолация на външни стени, под и покрив, подмяна на дограма, подмяна на топлоснабдяването и отоплителната инсталация, подмяна на осветлението, реконструция на абонатната станция и котелната инсталация, въвеждане (подмяна) на прибори за измерване, контрол и управление, реконструкция (подмяна) на сградните инсталации или на елемнти от тях. При изпълнение на предписаните енергоспестяващи мерки сградата ще удовлетвори изискванията за енергийна ефективност, топлосъхранение и икономия на енергия в сгради в съответствие с Наредба № 7 от 2004 г., акт.към 14.04.2015г. и ще достигне клас на енергопотреблениe “В”.
