The project “Patronage care in Strumyani Municipality” will prevent the spread of corona virus, protect public health and the well-being of the population, in compliance with the provisions of national legislation in a situation of pandemic situation. The general objective of the project proposal is to provide a network of services in the home environment on the territory of the municipality of Strumyani, which are aimed at improving the quality of life of people with disabilities and the elderly and increasing their opportunities for social inclusion in conditions of an imperative period of social exclusion.Specific objectives:- providing access to services on the territory of settlements in the municipality of Strumyani intended for elderly people over 65 with restrictions or self-service limitations, people with disabilities and their families, quarantined and adults at risk, who are most at risk from COVID-19, while respecting the measures to limit the movement of persons in the age of 65 years, with restrictions on the movement of persons in a state of emergency, the targeted group of persons with disabilities and their families, persons in quarantine and adults at risk, who are most threatened by COVID-19, while respecting the measures to limit the movement of persons in the countryside, are provided with the Crown and the target group to containment in the countryside. Selection and recruitment of staff to provide services to address the effects of the coronavirus.2. Delivery of food, food and essential products, including medicines (purchased with consumer funds or other means than under the contract), payment of utility bills, filing and receiving urgent administrative services.3. Проект „Патронажна грижа в община Струмяни“ ще осъществи превенция разпространението на корона вирус, опазване на общественото здраве и благосъстоянието на населението, при спазване на разпоредбите на националното законодателство в ситуация на пандемична обстановка. Общата цел на проектното предложение е осигуряване на мрежа от услуги в домашна среда на територията на община Струмяни, които са в посока на подобряване качеството на живот на хората с увреждания и възрастните хора и повишаване на възможностите им за социално включване в условия на наложителен период на социална изолация.Специфичните цели:- осигуряване на достъп до услуги на територията на населени места в община Струмяни, предназначени за възрастни хора над 65 г. с ограничения или в невъзможност за самообслужване, хора с увреждания и техните семейства, лица в карантинен период и възрастни в риск, които са застрашени в най-голяма степен от COVID-19, при спазване на мерките за ограничаване движението на хора в условия на извънредно положение и наложителен период на социална изолация;- опазване на здравето на лица от целевата група и ограничаване на риска от разпространение на корона вирус, чрез осигуряване на материален и кадрови ресурс за предоставянето на услуги в домашна среда в населени места в община Струмяни.Проектът се предвижда да обхване 29 лица, представители на целевата група.Дейностите по проекта са:1. Подбор и наемане на персонал за предоставяне на услуги за преодоляване последиците от коронавируса.2. Доставка на храна, хранителни продукти и продукти от първа необходимост, вкл. лекарства (закупени със средства на потребителите или с други средства, различни от тези по договора), заплащане на битови сметки, заявяване и получаване на неотложни административни услуги.3. Транспорт на персонала, предоставящ услугите, от/до домовете на лицата. Осигуряване на лични предпазни средства и дезинфекциращи препарати за лицата, предоставящи услугите. (Bulgarian)
