The project proposal is aimed at increasing the capacity and efficiency of the employees of the main stakeholders and competent parties — the municipal administration and the social partners in the municipality of Sozopol to identify, adapt and implement social innovations for the inclusion of ethnic communities and vulnerable groups. The introduction of social innovation is required by the fact that the municipal administration and the social partners do not have sufficient capacity to identify and implement new models and practices in social work, and because the social services provided to ethnic and vulnerable communities have very low efficiency in terms of the potential for social inclusion.The project will implement activities to explore the potential for social innovation and practical training for prototyping and implementing 2 already identified social innovations for employment inclusion of Roma and long-term unemployed. The creation of local, regional and international partnerships for consultation, exchange of experience and good practices is envisaged. As a result of the project will be built a lasting capacity of the competent employees of the municipal administration and the social partners to identify, adapt and implement social innovations for the inclusion of ethnic and vulnerable groups, as well as practical experience in implementation, which will be applicable in other regions as well as for other target groups. Проектното предложение е насочено към повишаване на капацитета и ефективността на служителите на основните заинтересовани и компетентни страни - общинската администрация и социалните партньори в община Созопол за идентифициране, адаптиране и прилагане на социални иновации за включване на етнически общности и уязвими групи. Въвеждането на социални иновации се налага от факта, че общинската администрация и социалните партньори нямат достатъчен капацитет за идентифицирането и прилагането на нови модели и практики в социалната дейност, както и поради това, че предоставяните социални услуги за етнически и уязвими общности са с много ниска ефективност по отношение на потенциала за социално включване.В рамките на проекта ще бъдат изпълнени дейности за проучване на потенциала за социални иновации и практическо обучение за прототипиране и прилагане на 2 вече идентифицирани социални иновации за включване чрез заетост на роми и трайно безработни. Предвижда се създаването на местни, регионални и международни партньорства за консултации, обмяна на опит и добри практики.Като резултат от проекта ще бъде изграден траен капацитет на компетентните служители на общинската администрация и социалните партньори за идентифициране, адаптиране и прилагане на социални иновации за включване на етнически и уязвими групи, както и практически опит в изпълнение, който ще бъде приложим и в други региони, както и за други целеви групи.
